Who do I call I ordered back on March 29 , 2020 and every time I track it down it’s not even sent out there no number to call Cozyzon company limited come what’s up with this bull crap

Is there less than 1 star?? Ordered two nursing water bottles back in mid February. They never send them to me. But sure charged me around $50 bucks. Thieves that’s what they are.

I agree with other review - doesn't even deserve a "one". I ordered the shoes, they sent the wrong size. They took full responsibility for it and said they would send the new ones in the correct size - that was last August. I have been sending follow up emails.....now they are being returned.....what a waste of money.....

I ordered some Tampa Bay Buccaneers "yeezee" and they sent me the sleezys... not even close! Off color and the wrong style of shoe.

Wish I had read the reviews before ordering. I ordered shoes and received the wrong size. It has been a nightmare working with them.

This site doesn’t even deserve the one star !! I ordered December 6, 2019 and it’s now February 2nd and I still have yet to receive the hoodie sweater I got for my bf sons gf. I have been sending numerous emails and “Morgan” probably his or her American name responds please be patient 😒I reported it as fraud to my bank and waiting for my dispute to be settled. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

Do NOT order from them!!! Wish I had read the reviews!! I did not receive the style I oreered and it came with black ink spots all over it, as if it had been printed and folded before the ink dried!! I emailed them many times with no response!! I wanted to replace it with the correct one I purchased and without ink marks all over it. I filed a claim with Paypal and they offered me a partial refund which I denied because I wanted what I purchased but not damaged. Paypal denied my clain because they do not dispute returns, their goal is only refunds, I did not know that!! This company should be ashamed!! I even sent pictures and they did not reply so beware!!!

Bad company thought I was getting a nice soft quilts but they are junk. Tried emailing them no such email would. Haven’t heard back from any one.

There may be some copyright issues here as not only Ravens logo but Nike also.

I ordered a New England Patriots queen size bed covering for my son as a Christmas gift....It took almost five weeks and it was a comforter cover and two badly sewed pillow cases....The pic showed a bed comforter and did not state a bed covering for one!!!I did not get what I paid for nor was it worth the price!!! They said they would give me 30% back after I sent them pics but that was three weeks ago. No one is answering me back at all....this company is from China and does not state that until they take your payment!!!! They suck and just take people's money than ignore you!!!!

My wife bought me a Baltimore Ravens 3D hoodie. It took about a month and a half to get it. It looks nice but it has the Saint team written all over in the endzone pics. Why would I want a Ravens hoodie with Saints name all over it. I am highly upset.

Do not order from cozyandhomey.com. They appear to be US based, but are shipping junk products directly from China. I paid $60 for a "sherpa fleece blanket" and received a thin, printed, microfleece blanket instead. I put in a dispute through PayPal and basically was offered a full refund if I sent the item back to Hong Kong. The return shipping alone is worth more than the item, so I am stuck was a low-quality item, and out of $60.

This company is by far the absolute worst ever. I ordered an item from them and first shipping took forever! Their website stated an address in the US however they are really in China. Second the item was nothing as described or pictured on their site. I received an item of poor quality and damaged. I submitted a Paypal dispute for a refund, I offered to return the product at the cost of Cozycon but was told I'd be responsible for return shipment after looking up shipping to China I was floored that it was at the cheapest $85, what in the world!!!! The website is full of lies and they do not stand behind their items, they even state that customer satisfaction is their top priority, yet another lie. DO NOT purchase anything from tis company they take your money and sent you poor quality products then refuse to work with you to correct their mistakes.

Ordered a Harry Potter blanket for my granddaughter in November, was sure I’d receive it by Christmas. No did not. Took my money, broke my heart, I was looking forward to her happy face when she got it.
These people are so rotten to disappoint people, steal their money, and never get their treasure they ordered. Someone need to investigate this. I’m so hurt and disappointed that this company got away with it.

Order a pair of Firefighter shoes for a xmas gift, they sent me marine shoes. i requested a return shipping label they refused. i requested a full refund they refused. i sent multiple photos of my confirmation email and the shoes they sent. I was told that they sent the right shoes??? how do you get Firefighter shoe confused with marine shoes??? i guess if your a fraudulent company you will. STAY AWAY AND BEWARE THEY GO UNDER THE NAME RELEEN! i checked into it and it just so happens to be a shoe company here in the USA. hmmm !!! FRAUD BUYER BEWARE!!!!!

I ordered a Steelers rug that was the same rug that they had on the website. the rug is faded and feels like a throw blank. The quality was cheap and not worth almost $60.

Wish I would have researched before purchase! July 2019 - I ordered a custom pair of Happy Camper shoes in women's size 10. 2 months later, received them in a size 8. Emailed the company - was told that they would send me the correct size. Followed up every month since then and no responses. Filed with consumer complains in Oregon and BBB and sending as many reviews as I can.
