I bought the air minni
I bought the air minni, no one thought to mention that it was a noisy machine, when it arrived I could not sleep ( I have had a CPAP machine for 8years) so the staff at CPAP Direct suggested to try my own mask and I’ll need an adapter for that (another $25) as I still couldn’t get to sleep, I had to send it back, very disappointed. In the end I’m a $100 out of pocket, very annoyed, nothing to show for it. I found Shelby’s handling of this situation average at best.
In the future I will not be looking at CPAP Direct to purchase any CPAP equipment from. Regards Ross Spalding
