I cannot speak to the efficacy of the CPAP machine sent to me from this website. It seemed to arrive promptly, but my order was incomplete and they didn't send the mask I had ordered. When I emailed and called, I was told numerous times that a mysterious supervisor was working with the warehouse on this issue and they would call me by the end of day with updates. Of course, this supervisor was not available on the phone lines and never communicated with me directly. Every day I was told I would receive an update, and every day nobody called me back. Eventually I cancelled the order and ordered the product from elsewhere. Will I ever get a refund? Seems unlikely from how things have gone so far. I could be convinced that this business is functionally nothing more than two poor minimum wage workers cooped up in a call center. It's pretty funny to me that anyone could run a business this way.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. A CPAP MASK THEY SENT ME WAS LEAKING THE FIRST NIGHT I USED IT, ALTHOUGH IT'S THE SAME SIZE I ALWAYS BUY FROM OTHER SUPPLIERS. I DID NOT WANT A REPLACEMENT BECAUSE IT WOULD HAVE BEEN THE SAME THING ALL OVER AGAIN. WOULD NOT GIVE ME A REFUND BECAUSE I OPENED THE PACKAGE!

I ordered a supply, they charged my credit card and the order didnt get delivered to me. They are finger pointing USPS, and while doing that, my credit card got charged. I have to ask for the help of my credit card to get my money back. Horrible. Not recommended.

I got 2 defective heated hoses for the Dreamstation 2 and CPAPsupplies.com refused to refund or exchange them because they were opened. Of course they were opened, how else would I know they're defective? And the manufacturer won't replace them because parts aren't covered by the warranty, only the machine itself.
The cpapsupplies.com return policy says "Incorrect or Defective Items: In the rare chance that you are shipped a defective or incorrect item, CPAPsupplies.com will mail you a postage-paid return label and re-send your shipment" but somehow you are expected to know that the items are defective without opening them, apparently, because when I requested a return, they sent: "Unfortunately, we cannot all the return of any item that's been opened or used per our Returns Policy." (Grammatical error is theirs).

I should have looked closer because now I notice that they scrub the reviews on their site. Somehow their site has 1200+ 5-star reviews and not a single 4 or lower review. They must be perfect! Perfect at deleting negative reviews, that is. Never trust a site that does this.
