I am with them since 2014 and at the start, their hosting was very good and then God knows what happened in 2019 the support got very poor like I really have to wait 48 hours for someone to get back to me or reply my tickets but now in Nov 2020, the things are getting better, response time is back within 5 hours which is good so I hope they keep it that way in future as well.

I was looking for a new hosting company and the deal offered looked very impressive. Raised a ticket with a pre-sales enquiry on Thursday evening. No response. Followed up with an email Friday evening. Sunday lunchtime still no response. Two other companies I approached with queries came back with the hour. Needless to say I have gone with one of them.

The fact that they took over two years to reply to this negative review I think makes the point.

Very happy with the service I have received so far. I have been with them for a year now, and their customer service is second to none. Response time is extremely fast, and helped me when I crashed my site accidently.

Bad host has increased resale prices by over 500%. Not to mention that they change servers as people change clothes is terrible not indicative to anyone.

One star is to generous!
Had numerous problems, multiple accounts suspended without reasons, IP addresses changed several times without notification, numberous clients lost because of the poor service provided by CP cloud hosting.
Support does not respond in their timely manner as stated in their emails.
Communication is sub par and clearly has no interest in their customers.
Will be transfering all services away!

Service was, is and remains excellent among similar. Conditions are the best !!!

at first we had a litlte problems with them but in the end everithing was solved. we recommend this services and if you have any problem via tiket , try email, that was my mistake.

Im afraid to report I am constantly receiving extremely bad service. Once a month my servers get migrated ..meaning all websites go into suspension and I have to update the nameservers. No I cant even log into my account. Twice I've been blocked.again I am having problems none of my sites are working or my reseller package. Everything gone offline. This is not a service you should use if you want consistent online presence. Capital S from me! And I wouldnt have even given a star if they had an option to go lower. It's really that bad!

This host is amazing and there service and support is always up and there support are knowledgable and friendly as well as quick, you cannot fault them at all and i would recommend them to anyone :) especially if your wanting a proper good host for good money

Been on the reseller package with this company for a couple of months now and so far we have nothing but praise for them. Response from support has been excellent and their hosting is faster than previous companies we have been with. We only placed a few clients on here until we tried them out but will be migrating more of our clients to CP servers in the future

For years I was looking for a low cost, stable and reliable shared hosting platform..Every year or second year I move my websites around from one host to another as most of the ones that I have used failed to provide an adequate service, or support was terrible, or the hosting service being slow or they have decided to charge you premium renewal prices.
I was lucky I came across "CP Cloud Hosting" over 3 years ago and it has ticked most of my requirements, good server specs, fast loading websites and great support lead by Rob. They don't stop there because they have continuously been improving the platform..I believe we had at least 3 major hardware upgrades in the last 3 years..like with any platforms I had some issues, but they are quick to help and fix the problem...some issues have taken longer to resolve than others but the most important thing is that in the end they were fixed within a reasonable amount of time, but the majority of issues were fixed straight away sometimes within the hour..hat down to them, keep up the good work. I've tried several web hosting providers for my photography site but CP Cloud hosting is most definitely the best. Exceptional value for money and a great service. Really helpful. These people really do know what they are doing!

So far having a very poor experience. I will change my rating to reflect if they decide to answer their support tickets. Paid for reseller hosting only to find my services have not been activated..instead I have been flagged as fraud. This is very annoying indeed. I have submitted support tickets to their 24/7 promt reply service.. but as of yet no reply, not very prompt at all. Very disappointed already off to a bad start and im starting to lose faith in this company due to lack of support. Im currently in limbo and unable to do anything. AgghRrr!!!
