CP Cloud Hosting website is very fast & user friendly with solid, well laid out services/plans.

Choosing & signing up to services/plans is super easy with very decent prices.

As you can guess services/plans I required were immediately available upon paying.

Flawless service so far, can't fault them as nothing to fault.

Thank you CP Cloud Hosting genuinely appreciated - feels great to have a safe home for my cherished website(s).

Was good, not anymore

Was excellent but was recently bought by another company and dropped cPanl for StackCP which is the worst experience you can get. Never again.

So far a great platform. Though, funny with IPv6 besides that, great customer as they always answer whenever i called on FB, lol,

Excellent Support.

I was amazed by the professionalism of the support team.
well done. 5 stars for support.
overall, great hosting so far, excellent price, solid infrastructure. I put 4 stars for a couple of reasons:
- At the checkout there is a confusion about the annual and the monthly membership. I actually wanted the annual plan, but I've ended up with the monthly plan!!
- I went for the Turbo plan advertising 50 entry process, then I've end up with 30. when I've queered this, I've been told that it was a typo. they've changed it now to 30 I believe !!
- No option to back up individual sites (in the softaculous script) with the monthly plan. But you can get soft backup with the annual plan I believe.
I can understand why they didn't include the backup, as some users may abuse this service, but other users should not be paying the price by not having this important option. They should have systems in place to detect abuse, then warn/stop the service for the abusers.

Overall, excellent platform. I'm looking forward to the upcoming upgrades of the hardware, I just hope that they will keep the prices as low as they are now.
