Leider kann ich von diesem Shop nur abraten.
Leider habe ich nach über 20 Tagen noch kein Paket erhalten. Keiner weiß wo dieses Paket ist, es scheint laut DHL irgendwo in Italien verloren worden zu sein.
Bis heute habe ich kein Geld zurückbekommen.
Auf meine Nachrichten wird nicht reagiert.
Ein unterirdischer Kundenservice, nein es gibt absolut keinen Service.
Das Geld wird behalten ohne mir jemals Ware geliefert zu haben.

Ordered a T-shirt £10 delivery and now it’s going to cost £10 to return which I think is ridiculous and greedy. The top came in a small brown bog standard box rolled up in a bit of paper. No plastic bag covering the top or branded bag. The top also smelt like fuel. For the price of the items and the brand they are ment to be it’s an absolute shambles. If I want anything CP again I’ve now learnt to buy from a partner store and not directly from themselves.

Slechte kwaliteit van kleding
Mijn zoon heeft 1 juli een t-shirt van CP Company gekocht. Via de webshop van Mezaldy. Na 1x te hebben gedragen en 1x uitwassen in een waszak en op een daarvoor bestemd wasprogramma (30°) zit er een gaatje in het shirt.
Contact gehad met de klantenservice van Mezaldy. En dit is het antwoord van CP Compa:We hebben contact gehad met onze leverancier. Helaas kunnen zij geen producten claimen die niet zijn voorzien van de labels. Wij moeten u dus helaas telleurstellen…
Er slecht dit. Je koopt een t-shirt van €70 en dan krijg je dus dit als antwoord......
NONE EXISTANT CUSTOMER SERVICE
Ordered a bunch of stuff from CP Co. All arrived fine. I had to send some of the back back (5 items).
Raised a return. Label provided. Items shipped back to CP. Received a refund a few days after returning.
Problem is, CP have only refunded for 2 of the items. They still owe me a rather large sum of money.
Contacted customer service via the web-form multiple times. Eventually got a response claiming they will look into the problem & nothing since. No replies to email or web-notes.
No number to call. Almost 2 weeks with no contact.

Worst customer service I’ve ever come across!
My son ordered a Blue Moon Knit for £350 for his birthday and they sent a pair of chrome cargo pants with the wrong sticker on the product label! Since then we’ve returned them via DHL as per Customer Service instructions and they are now apparently “analysing” what went wrong! Meanwhile my son is still waiting for a full refund of the money they took from his account! Absolutely disgusting! It’s theft at the end of the day, took his money but not sent the item he ordered! The fight it get his money back goes on! Never again will we order anything from them! No phone number so you can’t speak to anyone, so frustrating! Beware!

Ho acquistato un paio di calzoni sul loro sito online a 260 E. Non vestivano bene ed erano quasi trasparenti pertanto ho deciso di restituirli. Il loro sito online per i resi non funzionava. Ho scritto la prima volta e mi hanno detto di riprovare. La seconda volta, hanno voluto la foto con lo screenshot in cui appariva la scritta “Spiacenti, non hai diritto ad accedere al servizio”. Poi sono spariti per una settimana. Dopo ulteriori sollecitazioni mi hanno spedito il ticket da applicare sulla confezione. Spariti per un’altra settimana, dopo la spedizione. Adesso, dopo un ulteriore reclamo da parte mia, mi è arrivata una foto sfocata con i calzoni spiegazzati e un’ombra scura in un angolo. Il messaggio diceva: “siccome i pantaloni sono stati usati e presentano una macchia, non possiamo procedere al rimborso”. Nella foto ci sono ancora le etichette. Mi sono rivolto ad una Associazione per Consumatori appena hanno sentito il loro none mi hanno detto: “li conosciamo fanno spesso così..”. Farò anche un esposto all’Autorita’ Garante dei Consumatori. Un marchio ormai scaduto gestito che vive di espedienti.

They received my return on wednesday 2nd of April. Today 14 (!) days later still no money back. The customer service only says that I must be patient. I feel scammed. Don’t know if I’m gonna see my money again.

I received a jacket that was already damaged upon arrival. I’ve been trying to get in touch with CP Company for over 2 months now – sent multiple emails, filled in their contact forms – and I haven’t heard anything back. Absolutely no support, no follow-up, nothing. This is by far the worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with. Extremely disappointing.

J'ai commandé un pantalon, le 19/03 sur ce site , nous sommes le 4/04 je ne l'ai toujours pas reçu . DHL me dit qu'ils ont envoyé en Angleterre plutôt qu'en Belgique ( CPCBNL00011784 ). J'ai écrit au service client de CP Company . Pas de réponse. J'ai relancer plusieurs fois sans succès .
A tous ceux qui se font avoir comme ça il faut faire un chargeback à la banque pour obtenir remboursement et pour que le système bancaire retire le système de paiement à CP Company pour que d'autres ne se fassent pas avoir .

Extremely Disappointing Customer Service Experience with C.P. Company. I am writing this review to express my deep dissatisfaction with the handling of my complaint by C.P. Company, which has been ongoing since January 2025. As a customer of what is supposed to be a premium brand, I expected a level of service that matches the quality they claim to represent. Unfortunately, my experience has been far from satisfactory.
Despite numerous attempts to resolve the issue, including detailed explanations, photographic evidence, and repeated follow-ups, the customer service team has failed to address my concerns adequately. The main issues with the product—a lambswool jumper—include defective seams, excessive pilling, stretched fabric, and color fading despite following the care instructions meticulously. These problems clearly fall under warranty claims as per EU consumer protection laws, yet C.P. Company has refused to offer a replacement or repair, instead dismissing the defects as “normal wear and tear.”
Adding insult to injury, their proposed solution was a mere 15% discount on a future purchase—a response that is both unprofessional and insufficient given the circumstances. This lack of accountability and unwillingness to provide a fair resolution reflects poorly on their commitment to customer satisfaction.
I have repeatedly asked for clarity on why my claim is being denied and when I can expect a resolution. To date, I have received no meaningful answers. The company’s approach appears to be one of avoidance rather than action, which has left me feeling ignored and undervalued as a loyal customer who has previously purchased multiple items from them.
I urge C.P. Company to reconsider their stance and take responsibility for the defective product they sold. Their failure to resolve this issue not only undermines their reputation but also erodes trust in their brand.
Until this matter is resolved satisfactorily, I cannot recommend C.P. Company to others. Premium brands should uphold premium standards—not only in their products but also in how they treat their customers when issues arise.

Trøjen gik op i syningen efter en gang i brug.
Jeg har stadig ikke fået trøjen retur fra reparation.
Det har taget C.P. company og miinto mere end et halvt år at give min en trøje der kan bruges.

Extremely Slow Refund Process & Poor Customer Service
I had a very disappointing experience with C.P. Company. After returning my order, I was promised a refund, but despite waiting for a month and following up multiple times, I still haven’t received it.
Their customer service is unresponsive by both website request and email and keeps delaying without giving a clear answer. It’s frustrating to deal with such poor communication and lack of accountability.
I would not recommend buying from this company if you expect reliable service and smooth refund processing. Definitely a frustrating experience!
