Terrible experience from start to finish. Cancelled order after much screwing around. No confirmation email, do delivery information, no bed, no customer service. Will never ever use company that has no phone access to customer service. Avoid at all costs.

I can see ALL emails were responded to within 24 hours.
Unfortunately, your order was canceled as a dispute was opened with your bank by yourself because you didn't receive the tracking information by the time you've been given even though this was sent to you via email when you asked for it. You sent many abusive emails to us (within minutes of each other) which was another contributing factor to your order being cancelled. We are here to help customers not to be insulted.

I have looked into the order and i can see that there was a missed delivery on 17/06/24in our last email sent on 18/06/2024 we asked you to confirm the property in the image provided by the driver was your address and we have not heard back from you since then. 3 weeks and still no bed!!! Ordered a Windsor princess pink crush velvet bed with storage and nothing has come! No delivery date nothing! Do not use this website! I wish I read the reviews because I’d have thought twice!!!!! Ordered through a children’s centre so I don’t even have the order number to put in. Sort yourselves out!!!!

It has come to our attention that you have sent multiple abusive emails today, directed at Sally and the customer service team. We take feedback seriously and assure you that all emails are answered within 24 working hours. Your order has been dispatched, and the tracking reference has been sent. Despite our efforts to address your concerns, we have been left with no choice but to return your order and continue the dispute process through your bank, due to the abusive nature of your emails and the chargeback initiated. Please be aware that when a dispute is opened through your bank, it may take up to 28 working days for the funds to be returned to your account.

I haven't received my order
I haven't received my order. I emailed customer service about the problem got an email back saying it can take 10-14 days for delivery. It has been 14 days. They said they would contact me back after speaking to courier service but no response yet. My daughter is sleeping on a mattress on the floor as bed hasn't come. So messaged on Instagram for a refund to get another bed but no response. No tel.no. for customer service just email. Very very disappointed

Poor service and after care
Awful Customer experience with this company and their delivery service. Never got an order confirmation, dispatch notification, or a delivery ETA until 1hr before it was thrown up my driveway. The delivery man told me he was missing a box and then drove away. I can not give a review on the quality of the bed as I haven't received all the boxes.
The company has no phone number, and have not replied to my previous 4 emails regarding an urgent need for this part and an eta on delivery. No answer and the delivery company XDP are also non-contactable.
This company seemingly are not interested in resolving or helping, it has been 15 days since they took the money out of my bank and I still have not received the goods. I do not like posting negative reviews but hope this gets picked up and I get a reply as I genuinely feel I am now being ignored via emails.
