Arnaque total, commande passée le 9/12. Toujours rien reçu, l'adresse mail du service client du site n'existe pas.

It was the best worst experience ever! I order a nice looking bin and guess what I receive in the mail, you guessed it, 3 screws! AND it was on sale for only £35 instead of the usual £85! God I love these screws...

If I coukd give 0 stars I would. Ordered nouncehouse dec 2 and still has not arrived. Shipping says in transit, another link says delivered jan 1, which no services were working. Email to customer service bounces back undelivered.

So after getting scammed and got the screws I contacted the bank they gave me a refund and today got email that I get to keep my refund I suggest any one who got scammed go to your bank report it and they should give you refund

Scam. Received 3 screws and paid £30.
Literal screwed over.

Would give them no stars if I could! Total scam and sham of a company! I knew something was up when my product didn’t arrive, several messages later to them with no reply! Got in touch with my bank and guess what? They are no longer trading! Avoid this company like the plague! Would never ever use this company again

Absolutely screwed, litterally. Received 3 screws after ordering double electric bin. Anyway as they say Karma is real!! They will get what’s coming to them.

Avoid at all cost. Ordered the digital calander 4 weeks before christmas says its been delivered sent loads of emails and no reply!!!!!!

Please do not buy anything from Creative workshop. I purchased a set of games for $120 AUD on 2 Dec 2024. After following the tracking it showed my parcel had been delivered but I had not received anything. When I followed up with them they said that all parcels are insured. They have not answered any of my emails. I just wish I had read the reviews before purchasing. Their loss as I was going to buy the whole set.

Fake-Firma. Keine Ware erhalten, E-Mail Adresse des Unternehmens existiert nicht. Nach Wochen wurde das Paket angeblich zugestellt. Laut Sendungsverfolgung in USA und nicht in Deutschland. Rückholung der Zahlung gestaltete sich schwierig. Weder Paypal noch Klarna (Käuferschutz) waren möglich. Zahlung wurde über Apple Pay vorgenommen, taucht aber in meinen Apple Pay Abbuchungen gar nicht auf. Rücklastschrift ging auch nicht. Sehr mysteriös diese Sache. Finger weg!!!

Total scam by these people. I hope someone finds more information about these dirty people

I ordered their bouncy house for my daughter's Christmas gift 3 weeks in advance and it still hasn't arrived. We're now at the end of January. When I check on the tracking site it shows my package in transit (by air) however there's a note saying it's been delivered. The contact email on their site is bogus and despite multiple tries to get a status update it just bounces back. I highly doubt this review will ever reach them but I hope it stops someone else from ordering from them.

Complete scam ordered a digital wall planner three weeks later I received a small black bag with 3 screws in it. Tried to email they but guest what they just bounce straight back.

OMG, I have just read all the reviews from all these lovely people , I order compartment sensor trash can, paid £35 as well and received 3 silly screws, I have also tried contacting them and the emails keep bouncing back. I have just contacted my bank and raised dispute.

I made my mistake from an ad online for a digital calendar. I noticed it offered Shop Pay so I thought it could be trusted. The initial delays were responded wirh emails such as rhey are upset with delays in shipping and won't use them again. Now emails bounce. I have reached out to Shopify where the store is also listed. Shopify shrugs jt off as a buyer issue, store is responsible. The store has a long run of scamming the past several months and Shopiify and the BBB are not interested.

unfortunately we also ordered something (bouncy house for the kids) here and still haven't received it. it says we received it but haven't received anything. Dont buy here something!
