The idea of getting a cash bonus for signing up for a bank account or credit card you'd probably do anyways if you didn't know this was a thing is pretty amazing. I can attest it's legit and you do get the bonus offered by e-transfer to your account. But for me it took 12 weeks, which was a very longgggggggg wait. In the future I hope they can communicate with there partners and develop a better way to verify when accounts are opened to speed up the process of receiving the bonus payout. Deducting 1 star for the long wait and multiple messages I had to send to check on the status.

I ordered a credit card with you guys, but did not get paid, I had to open a ticket and it took many weeks with follow up in between to get my money. I was hoping it would go more smoothly as it was my first time using creditcardgenius.

Sorry to hear that it's taking longer than expected to receive your GeniusCash!
We deliver GeniusCash to most customers within 30 days of their application date by automatically receiving confirmation from the GeniusCash partner that the card application has been approved and that it meets all the eligibility criteria for GeniusCash.
Sometimes we don't receive this confirmation from the bank automatically, and a manual investigation is required. To do this, we send your application details directly to the bank when you open a ticket with us. There are various things that the bank's affiliate departmenr needs to validate such as approval status, that you're a first time card or account holder, that the application was started from our site, etc. Unfortunately, the manual investigation time depends on the bank and it is outside of our control.
