Thank you for taking the time to share your experience—we truly understand how meaningful it is to search for biological connections, especially after being adopted.

If you're not seeing any matches in your report, there are typically two main reasons:

1. No Known Relatives in the Database Yet
It’s possible that none of your biological relatives have submitted their DNA to our database. Without participating relatives, there simply wouldn’t be any matches to show at this time.

2. Privacy and Consent Settings
Even if potential relatives are in the system, they may have chosen not to opt into the Relative Finder feature. We deeply respect every customer’s privacy, and only show matches when both parties have consented.

We will automatically notify you via email as soon as any potential matches become available, so you won’t miss an opportunity if one arises.

Any reports not part of your original order will remain locked, but you do have the option to add more by purchasing individual reports or a subscription. Hi, Thanks again for your honest feedback! I do appreciate it. I’m sorry the results didn’t match what you already know about your MTHFR status. Just to clarify, our current reports don’t yet include specific gene variants like MTHFR. Our Health and Wellness section focuses more on traits that are predicted based on your genotype, which can suggest certain tendencies or characteristics. That said, genetic traits can be influenced by mutations over time, especially with the diverse mix of genes we inherit from our ancestors, so the predictions aren’t always spot on.

Also, our current reports don’t cover potential health risks or diagnose conditions. We’re still working on developing a more advanced health-focused test, but that kind of testing may eventually require medical oversight, so we don’t have a set release date just yet.

I know it’s frustrating when expectations aren’t met, especially with the cost involved. If you’d like, I’m happy to take a closer look at your results or answer any questions.
