Ordered a 7.5ft tree, and a Festive Spice Christmas wreath in 2020. They were both such lovely quality that I've just ordered the same for this year.

Second year in a row I have used Croft&Cole for our family Christmas tree and we 100% rate the Experience as excellent! Thank you all!

Ordered our first tree last Christmas and it made home feel extra special having a real tree with the scents that come with it! Definitely felt different to having the normal plastic one up!
All came in a tidy packed box and was so easy to put up and wasn’t a pain in the bum to to take down after Christmas had finished

This is the second year we've bought our tree from Croft & Cole and we will continue to buy from them for years to come. A wonderful, personal service and a top quality product.

This was our first time purchasing a tree from Croft and Cole. We have been avid picky tree shoppers for years spending hours travelling looking at tree after tree to find one that suits then getting it home, trimming the bottom! Cleaning the car etc etc. This year was so different I placed my order for a bushy tree and held my breath. It arrived exactly when I had it booked for and my husband was very dubious that it would be right and said I was crazy for doing this! Well we took tree out of the box and placed it in the Cisco 8 stand that I has also ordered, no cutting required Yayyy then it was time to release the beast, we cut the netting and it was amazing, really bushy just like we like, the bushier the better and the shape was just perfect - no bad side to hide against the wall. It went up on the 4th December and taken down on 6th January hardly a needle dropped throughout the time it was up. Just 100% in every way and my husband has eaten humble pie ever since that netting came off!!
I am definitely ordering one for Christmas 2021 thanks guys our tree was perfect xxxx

Perfect Christmas tree! It was delivered on time, securely and well packaged and was beautiful once opened. Very full and even, and so far almost three weeks up and very little dropping and still looks lovely. Highly recommended, and will definitely be ordering next year.

My tree was beautifully packaged and arrived in perfect condition. It’s very evenly shaped on all sides, it’s thick and full and so far (after three weeks) there is minimal loss of needles. I also ordered the yellow lights, which are a lovely colour and add ambience to my living room. I had a few questions prior to ordering the tree and further questions about maintenance, the service I’ve received has been excellent.

Good service, great tree. We got exactly what we needed.

Croft & Cole offer a great service. They have a very easy to shop website, good delivery service and beautiful trees. We opted for a 5.5ft tree this year and weren't disappointed.

Highly recommended. Because along with the amazing tree packaging.and great delivery. And everything going to plan. And great tree. When a little thing became difficult. Its the way the company resolves and helps u get over it that counts I got a personal phone call withing 39 mins. For the most friendly helpful team player. The starting point was how can I really help and make up enjoy your tree. Not a negative I don't have time for this. The whole process was a pleasure like your cousins farm sending u a tree. Rather than someone u don't know. These r good people who we shoukd all do business with will definitely keep on being my favorite pleplace to get my tree next year

Wonderful tree - fantastic service

A fabulous experience, a couple of clicks and I arranged for a tree to be delivered.
A little unsure of what would arrive, yet all fears subsided when I unboxed the most amazing tree!
Just like one I’d have picked myself, big bushy and just perfect.
The quality is superb, it’s barely dropped a needle and I’ve had it for 2 weeks.
I give it a drink every other day and spritz with water spray every morning.
It smells gorgeous and I know next November I won’t hesitate to re order from Croft and Cole.

5* Christmas tree

We could not have been happier with our experience with Croft and Cole from start to finish. The delivery man was lovely and went out of his way to help me get the tree into the flat. The tree is beautiful and the lights are excellent quality. The whole experience was so easy and painless - we will definitely be using them again!

I only had one minor issue, the tree was too big for the stand and slightly bigger than 6ft! Good job I have high ceilings! Otherwise, the tree is beautiful! I will be purchasing again next year. Tom in Customer Services was very helpful too.

All I can say is - what a beautiful Christmas Tree. We did pay for the starter pack but when arrived there were no lights but the gentleman I spoke to was so helpful and refunded the lights. I can definitely say we purchase our Christmas Tree from Croft and Cole again.
