Helpful company

We have been dealing with this company for a number of years. We have found them to be helpful, polite and knowledgeable. They persevere in finding solutions to challenges and are willing to work with us to tailor the system to our needs. The engineers know our site well and the account manager maintains a helpful overview.

We love Croft!

We love Croft! (especially Eileen)
We have used them for years and wouldn't dream of moving. We recently updated our phone systems across our trust, the process was so smooth, the engineers were lovely and knowledgeable. Speaking with everyone across the team is always a joy and our account manager, Eileen, is the nicest person in the world. Always at the end of the phone if we need anything and recommends things she thinks we would be interested in. The recommendations are always helping us to streamline our business and services we provide.

Seamless phone system installation

Just had a new phone system installed at out school. The team from Croft - both from the planning and execution side - were faultless. Great people to deal with, who ensured installation was during half-term to provide minimal disruption.
Thoroughly recommend Croft!

Outstanding Service and Support

Croft support us across everything from Telecoms and Mobile Phones to leased lines, and the service they provide is outstanding. They treat every request, incident, or question with genuine care and remain committed until the issue is fully resolved. We have dedicated primary contacts who are true subject matter experts, and they continue to be reliable throughout our relationship with Croft. I couldn’t recommend Croft highly enough for everything they do for our business.

Great Service

Business is all about people. Justin at Croft has looked after us for over 10 years. He has always given us an honest and transparent service, dealing with any requests or queries quickly and efficiently. I have no problems at all in recommending Justin and Croft.

Human interface with expertise and knowledge

Having been directly dealing with (and suffering) telephone networks to then engaging a business mobile partner like Croft, that bring industry knowledge — and industry influence — the experience of managing telephone networks related issues and queries became painless and stress free. Expertise is crucial. It’s reassuring to have someone who understands your pain and actually responds. Consistent human contact is priceless

Exceptional Technical Resources and Customer Management

We were previously running on a PSTN solution and worked with a company to migrate us to a SIP solution. They absolutely failed to do this. Croft came in like a bunch of superstars, picked up the support role, migrated us efficiently and smoothly to SIP, and absolutely smashed our operating costs. Since then, they've been managing and updating our environment and we're happy to continue working with them.

Excellent Customer Service

As a school, we have worked with Clearlink/Croft for a number of years. I always look forward to speaking to Eileen, our Accounts Manager. Eileen is professional, courteous and friendly, she, along with all her colleagues that I have dealt with, are very helpful and go above and beyond. Thank you Eileen, Simon and Kevin.

Faultless!

These guys have not only helped me to get all of my new telecoms setup sorted, with ridiculously fast broadband and top notch phones, but have held my hand along the way too, which has been hugely appreciated!

I'm saving money each month, all of my tech and equipment works really well and it's all just been effortless.

Yesterday, I did a little jig in my chair as I was able to transfer a call from my desk phone to my colleague's mobile (he was WFH) and it just worked... in 10 years of business, I have never had a setup that allowed something so simple, now I do.

If that's not enough... after I posted on here a few weeks back about having issues with my camera dropping out on Zoom, they spotted it! Then arranged for an engineer to call me to help - without me even needing to ask. It doesn't get better than that!

Excellent company to work with!

We have had a wonderful experience with Croft. Eileen has always provided the best customer service both on the telephone and via email. Any queries we have had have been answered quickly and effectively and it is always a pleasure to have a chat with Eileen. We highly recommend Croft and their excellent service!

Croft moved us to Microsoft Teams.

We needed to move our telephone system to Teams as well as migrate our contact centre to a new platform. Croft project managed both pieces of work for us and delivered the completion of the projects on time. Their production selection, project management, communication, technical expertise and training methods were all excellent. Thanks for helping us develop and implement technology that leads to better future for our customers.

Top Class!

Simon is your man! Went over and beyond to get us up and running. Very quick response, checked in to see everything worked ok, even popped over in between meetings to sort out a wire and set up our new 8x8 phone system. Very knowledgeable and honest and the service is 100% can not fault anything! Thank you Blackstar and the team but a special thank you to Simon who was an absolute legend!

Outstanding service

The Company provided us with the 8x8 phone system and they made the whole process very easy and smooth. Their support throughout the whole installation operation was very thorough, timely and efficient. If you are looking for a new phone system, Blackstar is the Company to do it.

Blackstar Solutions, more like 5star!!

We recently engaged with Blackstar to help us migrate to a new phone system. As a business they have been phenomenal, start to finish, from initial sales, demo, implementation, training and system support. I would highly recommend Blackstar solutions to any firm looking to consider a new phone system. We look forward to working with the team for many years to come.

Upgraded to new system - great results

A few months ago, I realised that we needed to upgrade the phone system in our office.
We all had old fashioned phone handsets on our desks, and in a small office when someone’s phone rang the ringing tone disturbed the whole team. When we were on calls we had to hold the phone, which made for some awkward one-handed typing.
Then we switched to Blackstar Solutions. Now we have small hands-free headsets to make and receive phonecalls, rather than desk phones. When someone receives a call, they hear a discreet tone on their computer, rather than a phone ringing around the office. We don’t need to dial numbers anymore because we can type them in on screen. And best of all we can use an app to make and receive calls on our mobiles with the same numbers as in the office, to provide a seamless service for clients.
The team made the transition to the new system very easy, and it has run without problems ever since.
So many thanks to Nick Smith and his team - I am pleased to recommend Blackstar Solutions.

Excellent service delivered at our hour of need - and all with a smile!

Blackstar Solutions, and particularly the excellent Simon Floyd, came to my assistance out of hours on a Saturday to help solve an urgent telecoms problem we encountered in the midst of a national advertising campaign. I can't overstate how reassuring it was to hear from Simon so quickly in reply to my plea for help at 9am on a Saturday morning. He promptly solved the problem for me and handled the whole episode with his customary 'can-do' approach and good cheer. Thank you, Simon - you're a very useful man to have on side! Cheers!
