First class service and technical support from Blackstar Solutions. We had a particularly complex problem involving our voicemail system recently, and the Blackstar team kept on top of the issue until it was resolved. Great company to work with, and a great support team.

Jessie May is a Children's Hospice at Home service, caring for local terminally-ill children. The charity had an out-of-date, legacy phone system, with no expansion capability. The charity had grown and needed to expand it's office space, which also necessitated a new telephone infrastructure.
