Beyond Terrible
I have been asking for copies of our agreements with this company for 4 months. So far they have sent me agreements that expired years ago. The relationship manager does not even know what services he is 'managing' . One star is too generous.

Dreadful service
Dreadful service! As an existing customer we were contacted with offer to upgrade service to 1gb. Been through whole installation process to find out the new line installed is the same as previous so no upgrade at all! Received an email tonight asking if there is anything else they can help with!!

Solved my server/remote work connection
I had remote connection issue when working from home and connecting to the server. This was quickly resolved with clear communication and remote access to my machine. Reece was really friendly and made the process easy to follow. Really appreciated, thank you!
