Do not buy from this company!! Total ripoff!!

Terrible customer service. I ordered & the tracking said not delivered then 3 weeks later it said it was delivered 3 weeks ago. When I contacted the company they kept saying the same thing to contact the shipper but would not resolve the issue. Scam & terrible customer service.

Bought goggles a month ago and still haven't received them.

Ordered what I thought was going to be a Grandma's weed puller as shown in the creative advertising. The shipping took forever- just over a month. When they ( yes I was stupid enough to order more than one) arrived I was dismayed to find that they came without poles or even screws to attach a pole. No paperwork or instructions. Definitely not worth what I paid but also not worth the headache of trying to return. Lesson learned.

This company is out to rip off Americans.
The ad looks like it is a stand up weed puller. But the only thing you get is the end that you have to buy a pole for. They act like “it cannot break” (showing a wooden handle) and alluding to a metal stick. But the real reason it cannot break is because there is no pole provided! What a rip off.
It also does not indicate it’s coming from China as it says “ships within the US”. Mine actually shipped from Norway (to avoid tariffs!)
The original receipt was $26. But then my cc was charged additional $10!
I noticed then that the cc charge went to a company in China.
They don’t tell you it will take 3 weeks to arrive. They say “can cancel before item is shipped”. When I saw they added $ to the charge, I requested to cancel the order within 1:15. They conveniently ignored my email for 2 days. Then they said, “sorry it has shipped” even though the tracking info from Norway indicated it had not yet been shipped.
So 3 weeks later I get what is half of what I expected.
Now I am trying to make them follow through on their guarantee that it can be returned if not satisfied. Again they ignore me.
Save money and frustration. But a quality item at Menards or Home Depot. Buy American.. Fiskars makes a great weed puller with the handle for $35.

SCAM. I purchased through instagram/paypal. My mistake. Price that went through paypal was 7.99 over the cost. A 7.99 fee was added. I tried to cancel order within 15 minutes of placing when i saw the price change. I couldn't cancel the order. Instead of coming from Oklahoma it's a Chinese company. Within a few hours they had shipped the order. I was able to get the 7.99 refunded. Received the order a month later. Cheap product out of China. Came with no handle, not what was advertised. Useless item. Never order through facebook or instagram again. Learned my lesson. I ended up cancelling my credit card.

Product advertised was not what I received! Charged me $34 for an unusable stand-up weed puller that is manufactured backwards and not usable. No pole was included. Because I did receive the product, PayPal would not refund my money. Buyer beware of all Facebook and instagram ads!

It took for ever to arrive. When finally arrive I found that there is no handle, I went to the local Ace Hardware store bought a handle attached the head and started pulling weeds, it was working great, but the level broke after 10 min. of use. I feel like I was robbed.

Fell for the false advertisement on Instagram. Only the metal part arrived and it was inferior! The price I paid was too high, kept seeing same ad with different lower prices. Yes, this is bait and switch SCAM.

I ordered Grandpa's Weed puller over one month ago, after receiving numerous emails on where it was in the delivery process.. thinking it was coming from Spokane, it finally arrived !! A 4 X 4 box. NO HANDLE!! I know I ordered the metal handle. So, back and forth with many emails only to be told they would refund me up to 4 US dollars or I could send it back to CHINA!!
Total scam. You can purchase at your local ACE hardware, LOWES, Amazon... I was played the fool by Granny in the yard... GRRRRRR. KW, from Pennsylvania

The ad showed a weed puller with a shovel type handle so you don't have to bend over. This thing was shipped from Spain!! so it took a long time to arrive. When it came, the box had not instructions, and there was only the metal part that apparently YOU attach to YOUR OWN handle, by drilling a hole in YOUR handle and attaching it with a screw which YOU supply. Liars.
Piece of very overpriced junk

SCAM. Took weeks to get here. Had to go through customs from Austria? Then it was only the tool head. Handle not included.

Not made in USA. No pole!!!!

SCAM!!! I bought the weed puller, waited about a month and only the metal part came. No handle 😡

SCAM!!! Weed-pulling tool was made in China, NOT in America. Name on package is Weed Remover, not Detachable Stand Up Weed Puller. Took 4+ weeks to arrive maybe from Greece (Tracking looks like it came from there.) Did NOT include a pole! That was not made clear in the ad. Last address label says it came from Gramando Oteroy, 2420 Tech Center Pkwy, Lawrenceville, GA, 30043. (Google that name for more info.)

If I could, I would give ot "0" stars. I ordered the Grandma's Weeding Tool" and received only the head and not the handle! I've been trying to get my money back and the most they will give me is $6. F'ing China! Even though tracking says it comes from Sweden.

Scam. I have been waiting on a shirt for almost 8 weeks. I have 2 tracking numbers from 2 diff companies . They keep telling me by email only they will tell company to update. I asked for refund or resend the order. No response just say be patient the order is coming. Very frustrating. No number to call!

Ordered the stand up weed puller; paid over $34.00 and it doesn't even come with a handle! DO NOT PURCHASE! Nothing but a rip off. It should state in the description that handle not included.

I wish I had checked out this site before purchasing from this company. Like so many other reviews, I was mislead and received simply a HEAD with no stick for this weed pulling tool! What a scam…BUYER BEWARE!!

Scam, same as other posters, ordered tool, just the head, no handle. Shipping was fast, but I’m getting notifications that my order is moving through customs in Norway, don’t know what that is about.
