I ordered my Norfolk pine garland from Crosmicopic a MONTH ago and it has still not arrived. I keep getting vague shipping updates that say the product is on its way but don’t give details about where it is or when its estimated arrival date is. I will never order from this company again.

I ordered Christmas Garland over 3 weeks ago after seeing an ad on Facebook. I realized my mistake immediately that this would not be a good company and sent an email the same day asking to cancel it. Two days later I got an email asking why. I responded immediately and then waited another day before them saying it was too late to cancel and to say I’d be happy with the product and if not they’d take care of it then. It was after that email that I got the first tracking notice that it had left the sorting center. It has now been three weeks and is now at US Customs. I have no idea how much longer it will take to arrive but I’m doing my Christmas decorating now and it will be too late. Seriously doubting the are going to refund me then and I’d probably have to pay to ship it back to Italy if they did. Never buy from this company if you are in the US!!

Purchased Boom Sticks and got a cheap nasty copy which didn’t have any sort of affect or smell.
Offered me $2 back as I wasn’t satisfied which was a joke

Scam, they send you knock off products. Do not order the boom boom sticks.
They want to refund me $2 on a $30 product. Shame on these, people giving Chinese a bad name. Scammers as bad as nigerians

Do not order from this company. I ordered garland a month ago and nothing except my order made it to the U.S. I normally do research but this one made a mistake and trusted . Paid for order and working ti get money back . Please learn from my mistake .

Normally, I do my research before purchasing items online. This time, I admit it, I trusted the ad they had posted on Facebook. I know, I know….
I ordered “Boom Boom Nasal Sticks”. That’s how they were advertised. Allegedly, they were made in the US as well. I knew something was amiss when I started getting shipping updates from Italy! My order arrived 3 weeks later and it is some cheap knock off from China. Into the trash they will go because I certainly won’t be inhaling them.
So, they got me. Crosmicopic keep that name in mind while shopping online.

I ordered the “boom boom sticks” at the end of October and they overcharged me $6.30. I reached out to them immediately and they did credit me back for that. I did receive the product in less than two weeks like they stated. It’s funny how the tracking kept saying it was in Italy, but the shipping address on the package says Chicago. They did a bait and switch by offering the “boom boom sticks” and sent a generic knock off. I emailed the company to ask about sending them back and they requested photographs of the item, QR code, the package and the shipping label. I sent everything they requested and even offered to pay for shipping to return the product for a full refund. They replied in an email to my pictures stating that they checked the order and it is the correct product. I emailed them again with screenshots from a federal website describing the bait and switch tactic and their deceitful advertising. They never responded to my last email. I have filed a case with The Federal Trade Commission as well as my credit card company. Definitely do not order the “boom boom sticks” from them because you can get the REAL ONES at Walmart for a heck of a lot cheaper than what they’re even advertising.

Never received these items. Received several messages that it arrived to customs in Italy but that is it. Never goes anywhere and it’s been two weeks with the same messages. This is a scam.

I have been offered a 7$ refund on a 34$ switched item. The person with whom I've been emailing is of no help. Stay away from this company. As previous reviews they have done nothing to fix their mistake.

Ordered Boom Boom sticks, received Hanboli sticks that look similar but are not the same brand. Total scam company, they offered a $4 refund which isn't even close to what I paid. Buyer beware! Chinese garbage!
***Reached out and the best they would do is refund $12 when I paid $38. Says it would ship from US but shipped from Ireland. Used Klarna to pay so currently dealing with them to get my money back since this is a counterfeit scheme business.

Ordered the boom boom sticks and that was not the product supplied. Hanaboli sticks were sent and the advertisement is false. Do not order from their ads.

Got sucked into all the hype and advertisement from this mob. I ordered some, and received them nearly 3weeks later, with missing sticks.
I wrote an email about what happened, and they said they'd post some with the tracking number. I'M STILL WAITING ON THAT TRACKING NUMBER.
Give this site a complete miss.
You are better off at TEMU or ALIexpress, or even your next mother-in-law

I had ordered a 4 pack of Boom Boom nasal sticks, delivered was an open package of Hanboli nasal sticks with only one nasal stick in the package. When I contacted support they asked for pictures and after sending multiple pictures, they said the best they could do was a $2 USD refund

This site will send you a counterfeit Chinese version of the boom boom stick. After much back and forth as well as opening a dispute claim with PayPal, I finally got my money back. Buyer beware.

Ordered boom sticks over a month ago. Fake tracking coming from “Italy” then when I emailed them today I got a message back that they are resending the order right away and have a new bogus tracking number that says from China and it was shipped last month??? How can they send out a new package today with a ship date of 10/24?????
Been in contact with customer service- fighting with PayPal for a refund because they said they “reshipped it” now says coming from CHINA!

FALSE ADVERTISING!! I ordered boomboom stick 4 pack - got a Chinese knockoff called Hanboli. Took LONG time to get here too.

False advertisement! I ordered BoomBoom Nasal sticks, and waited WEEKS for delivery from SWEDEN! They FINALLY arrived today and they are HANBOLI! NOT what I ordered! Remedy this, or I will call my CC company.

Ordered some boom boom sticks for $24.99 and free shipping. They charged me $29.99. I emailed customer service which they said they would answer promptly. I’ve received no answer. They are a scam.
