Total scam. This is NOT a “Grandpa’s Weeder.” Not even a good knockoff. There’s no handle. Shipping time is a joke as it ship from outside the US. DO NOT PURCHASE!

I have ALWAYS been good about checking out a new website before I make a purchase...not this time...that weed puller was the perfect tool that I have been looking for and made an impulse and stupid buy. I knew I was scammed when I got the tracking number and my American made weed puller was on its way!....from Ireland....

Buyer beware. My experience was with the weed puller. Ordered two and received 2 tool HEADS without the poles!! Useless. And if you look at the picture of the tool showing the dimensions, it shows only the head. Different name from the company I ordered from but using the same pictures and same prices. I even bet that video is a knock off from a different company. I would recommend staying far, far away from this company and the other recent reviews back this up. Finally got my money back through PayPal but it was a time consuming nightmare.

Ordered weed puller. Paid with Paypal. All links from order confirmations have been blocked by web protection apps as malicious. I've sent them an email via Paypal requesting a refund. Pending response.

I ordered today, not realizing this was a knock off company, stealing the original creators video. My invoice totaled 26.36 and they billed my card $34.27.

After researching, I now I need to cancel my card.

This company claimed to be MADE IN THE USA, also has an OKLAHOMA address, but my product (swim goggles) are being shipped from PORTUGAL. I have emailed them and get the run around. They just keep saying it's shipped but it's still sitting in PORTUGAL. I have reported this on my card as FRAUD.

Scam. Ordered in October and company provided a fake tracking number. It showed it was delivered by Canada Post during the strike. Canada post had no record whatsoever. Contacted the company and they offered a 30% refund, which I disagreed with. They offered a larger refund which never came. They answer most of the
Email, but 4 months later and not resolved. Complete scam

Looks like PRESERVIA.COM just changed it's name to CROSMICOPIC.COM. SCAM!!

This business is a scam. I ordered a product in January and still haven’t received it. They refuse to refund me but keep claiming to reship my product but i never get the item. My item has been reshipped twice. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY

Ordered my garland in November. I never got it and they keep giving me fake tracking

Scam!!!!! Never received my garland! Sent several emails to get my money back and they just send bullshit fake in transit progress! Don’t order from them. They will just take your money!

WARNING! Do not order from this company. I ordered garland well over a month ago and haven’t gotten an update in 2 weeks. Last update on 12-8 said it left customs in Italy!
Luckily I used a payment plan and changed my payment method to a closed account so I only lost one payment of $20.

I haven't received my garland and it's been over a month and haven't received any updates or response for two weeks. I am so tired of scams.

Ordered garland over a month ago and still haven't recieved the item. By the time it gets here Christmas will be gone. What a disappointment.Based on the transit information received the item is coming from Romania.
Do not buy from this company.

I found this company through an IG add. I should have known that was a red flag. I have been waiting for Norfolk Pines over a month. I can't get any assistance through the customer service line. I've tried to file a claim with my bank.

Waiting on a garland I ordered on Nov 2nd and it’s now Dec 8th!

Vague shipping updates without a legit tracking number and carrier name to research. Just states “transit” with a 3rd party carrier. I have a feeling I won’t get this garland in any real time to display it for the holiday season.
