Amazing customer service
Amazing customer service. Bought a sample tie for my wedding before buying the rest. The tie then went out of stock. Sent them a message early Saturday evening and they got back to me immediately telling me when they will be back in stock and reserved what I wanted. They then followed up as soon a they got then in. Great quality products as well.

Had you reached out to us beforehand, we would have been more than happy to resolve this for you directly. Our policy allows for a full refund or next-day replacement at no additional charge if there’s ever an issue. We encourage customers to reach out first, as it’s easier to address concerns directly than through a review.
