Fantastic service
Fantastic service, we asked for an additional light to be fitted above the charger and cables to be routed inside and around our garage door. This was no problem to the installer.

I ordered a Pulsar Plus EV charger…
I ordered a Pulsar Plus EV charger directly from Wallbox as it included free fitting.
I was contacted by Crystal to say that they would be the company installing it. A date and time was agreed, and the technician came to my house and installed it, no problems. My wife was working from home at the time and the technician gave good communication as to when and how long the electric would need to be turned off. Would recommend

Brilliant installation from start to finish. Product installed to a very high standard and looks great!
The engineer while on site answered all my questions and even helped me set up the app on my phone so!
Would highly recommend!

An easy 5 stars
Efficient, polite and professional.
Crystal EV charging installed my charger, as well as various chargers for my clients.
I am very fussy about quality/appearance but am pleased to report, the installers arrived on time and did a fantastic job.

Very pleased with the service from Crystal. The engineer took great care to maintain social distancing throughout the install, and set up the app on my mobile to make sure I could charge before he left. Highly recommend.

Great service
Crystal recently installed an EV charger for me at my home and the service was great from start to finish. The initial survey I completed was straight forward and easy to do, and the team were really helpful in explaining everything and securing me my grant. The engineer was polite and professional, really happy with my charger :)

Really easy company to deal with. Explained the process and what charger would work better for me and the installation team where very helpful and efficient. Would highly recommend Crystal.
