JR Flat Roofing, came to my aid quickly.
Many thanks to JR for coming to my aid quickly,after fallen tree pierced my shed roof, the team of their men arrived and one sized up the situation and made a quicker and more practical repair to the single pierced hole in the flat roof, adding strengthening timber inside under the damage and then added a patch on top.

*UPDATE* 9th March 2026 - You have still not provided an invoice number or any information regarding this so called bad interaction with our company. The number you provided was a GP surgery in Yorkshire who had no knowledge of any roofing works? Please provide the information requested. We can only assume you have the wrong company?
We have no record of carrying out any work for you and believe this review may have been posted in error or relates to a different company.
We strongly refute the claims made, as they do not reflect how we operate.
Please contact us directly with further details so we can investigate.
UPDATE 27th February 2026 The information you have provided confirms that we have not undertaken any work for you. The telephone number supplied belongs to a medical practice in Yorkshire, and we have been advised that there is no record of anyone by your name there. Based on this, we believe you may have the wrong company, or this review may not relate to our business. Furthermore, we do not undertake domestic work outside Cornwall.
We would welcome the opportunity to resolve any genuine concerns, so please contact us directly with verifiable details of the work in question.

Second time that I’ve had these guys…
Second time that I’ve had these guys in, what can I say ? If all businesses in the UK were run like this then the country would be booming. 1/ I phoned for a quote 2/ the lovely ladies in the office said’dreckly’3/ ‘ dreckly’ happened and the boss gave a date and turned up promptly 4/ gave a quote 5/ turned up on iPad in legal docusign format next day 6/ signed immediately 7/ given date8/ A team turned up at crack of dawn on said date 9/ work crashed out in a morning.
What really impresses me about these guys is their professionalism and their ability to deal with difficult roofing problems ( I know because I’m a builder). My roof had a long curve on it and I wanted it to look right because it’s overlooking the ocean and they didn’t quibble, just sorted it, no problems, no hassle. The cherry on the cake was that these guys know that I have a lovely garden and am very sensitive about it and i was aware that one of my rock roses was in flower and touching the roof. I was resigned to the plant being cut back to give the guys access. When the job was done everything was perfect and the plant was still touching the finished roof! What attention to detail! Thanks guys.

I was recommended to JR roofing, by a trusted company, they came to replace two roofs at my house, really lovely people replaced both roofs, using top quality materials, cleaned up after themselves a really professional company and excellent price would highly recommend and could not thank them enough 5 out of 5 stars *****

Excellent service
Excellent service, kept informed all of the way, from when the scaffolding would be put up, to when the roof would be replaced etc.
It took just one day to replace an extension roof, all the waste was removed and they left the area tidy once they finished.
Roof looks great.
Apparently they put the original roof in place in 1986, here’s hoping for another 39 years.
Would highly recommend.
