Peter at Crystal Hearing was fantastic! I felt completely comfortable; he explained everything to me - what the issue was, what we were aiming to achieve, and aftercare. My left ear is working again after too many years - I can hear the crunch of gravel, feel cool breezes, and hear in stereo! I can't remember the last time I could hear like this through my left ear. It was a pleasure to meet Sally today, who was very friendly and efficient and explained the procedure of micro suction to remove ear wax. I was very impressed by how well it worked, and also glad of the advice that Sally gave me about ear drops. It was fascinating to see the video of the ear drum.
As a retired nurse I enjoyed chatting with Sally about shared experiences of unusual foreign bodies found in people's ears.
I can now hear properly once more, and will certainly see Sally again when I start to assume again that people are mumbling when speaking to me.

My tests and their results were carefully explained to me and I selected a pair of hearing aids which suit me for simplicity and yet also for their range of program options. I cannot overstate the difference I am finding with them. Technology has obviously leapt forward.
The fact that I also have a five year guarantee for the aids during which Peter will be backing me up for any glitches I might experience is a game changer. With this level of monitoring, I might have realised quicker that my hearing was changing and I had needed a new set of aids. For professionalism, care and service, I would recommend Peter wholeheartedly to anyone.

The experience was very professional. On time appointment too! Everything was explained in detail, along with visuals of each inner ear. No treatment was required and he didn't hesitate to tell me that. I highly recommend this clinic.

They worked with me to allow me to test two different styles of hearing aids, and I was able to select the style that worked best for me. They are very knowledgeable and patient, and they showed me how to set-up and maintain my aids.
