I’ve been going to Total Therapy Studios in Horsham for around four years now, and honestly, they are outstanding. It’s one of those rare places where the team consistently delivers real expertise, real care, and real results.
Their reflexologist, Linda Jewell is superb, truly the best I’ve ever seen.
Sarah’s knowledge and expertise have been incredible for me over the years. She completely transformed my shoulder and neck issues, helping me get out of pain when nothing else had worked. The follow‑up exercises, complete with pictures, made such a difference and really helped me continue improving at home.
The Pilates teachers are also exceptional, especially Sophie and Claire. Their classes are thoughtful, supportive, and so well‑taught. You feel guided, safe, and encouraged, no matter your level.
Total Therapy Studios is simply brilliant professional, friendly, and genuinely invested in your wellbeing. I recommend them wholeheartedly.

Upon stepping into the studio, you're greeted with a welcoming atmosphere, setting the tone for a personal and attentive consultation and treatment session with the chiropodist. The care provided is meticulous, addressing any issues with precision. The foot massage is exceptional, leaving you feeling as if you're floating on clouds! Follow-up sessions are conveniently scheduled to accommodate the patient's timeframes and preferences whenever possible.

Outstanding service and specialist help to help any physiological problem. Sarah and her awesome team have now helped me and my family for over a decade. I would recommend their services whole heartedly to anyone! We could not cope without them. Thanks Total Theropy!

I have been coming to Total Therapy for over 10 years for deep tissue/sports massage and at times Physio when needed. I have also had Reflexology with Linda which was amazing. I highly recommend Sarah and her staff. They are all very experienced and knowledgeable and are happy to refer to another member of staff for a different type of treatment if they feel that will help. The ladies (and Dom) on Reception are very friendly and helpful.

I originally visited Sarah to help me with regular back pain and when she started Total Therapy at her suggestion I began attending Pilates classes. I love the classes and provided I attend regularly my back pain it now pretty much a thing of the past. Over the years I have also seen many of the other specialists and they are all as knowledgeable as Sarah. What a team :)

12 year old daughter has been having severe ingrown toenail issues. Total Therapy/Clockhouse have been fab and have really sorted us out! Would highly recommend.

I booked an aromatherapy massage with Claire to experience what she does as we both work for TTS and it allows me to recommend it to my clients.
Claire was really welcoming, friendly and professional. She explained what to expects during the treatment.
The massage was so relaxing, and the oils she used smelt beautiful. I was so relaxed and my shoulders felt amazing.

I was advised by my doctor to start doing regular Pilates or Yoga in order to help with muscular lower back pain. A good friend of mine had been going to TTS for a while and highly recommended their classes. I had a free consultation and joined Sarah’s class a few years ago. Haven’t looked back! Not only do the exercises help with the lower back pain, but it’s an overall workout - and with Sarah’s brilliant variety of exercises (no week is the same!) and her superb sense of humour, it’s good fun too! Plus I’ve made new friends. Thanks, TTS!

I have been attending the Clockhouse Way podiatry studio in Horsham for many, many years, and today was the best ever! I need an appointment every two months to control two ingrowing toenails, and it was pain free today! Their lovely podiatrist Michelle’s skills combined with the oil drops I was advised to try? Whatever it was, I’m very happy. Always a warm welcome there and fun chat with Michelle while she works.

Sarah is excellent. After a month of practicing her recommendations at home I feel a difference. Continuing with exercises and will review again with her. Sarah is a great listener and spends time getting to the root of the problem.

I have visited Total therapy for the last year now and have been impressed by the combination of clinical expertise and a warm and friendly environment. The payment and booking processes are clear and easy to use.

I have been going to pilates classes at Total Therapy for over 2 years now. My instructor is Sarah Dover Mccarthy, her classes are just brilliant, every week is different she tailors the classes to peoples aches and pains, and the class is full of fun too.
The receptionists are very professional and welcoming too. I would recommend Total Therapy to any of my friends.

The experience starts immediately on arrival at the studio with a warm reception and is followed by a personal and caring consultation and treatment by the chiropodist herself. The treatment is thorough and any problems are tackled with care. The foot massage is great and I leave walking on air!
Follow up appointments are fitted in , where possible, to suit the customer's timetable & needs.

Twice I've tried to use this company but both times have been less than impressive. This time the promised follow up instructions from an appointment failed to materialise. Upon calling about this, I got a lecture from the receptionist about the possibility these may have gone into junk mail. After confirming numerous times that they hadn't, she moved onto booking in with another person. This would be ok if she'd addressed the situation and it was only when pushed that she advised she'd speak to the owner about the issue, her initial reaction was to ignore it. Two bad experiences with Total Therapy now which is two too many.

I'm so happy to share my incredibly positive experience with SWIFT treatment at Clockhouse Podiatry! I had a stubborn cluster verruca that had been causing me pain for months, especially when walking barefoot.

From the start, everyone at Clockhouse was amazing. The receptionist was friendly and helpful, and Simon, my podiatrist, was brilliant. He was very thorough and gentle during the initial assessment, which actually provided immediate relief even before the SWIFT treatment began!

The SWIFT treatment itself was a little painful at the time due to my sensitive feet, but the discomfort subsided quickly. The results were astonishing! Within two weeks, the cluster was barely visible, and by week three, it had completely disappeared! (As a beauty therapist, I know my feet!)

Simon was just as pleased as I was at my second appointment, confirming that the verruca cluster was completely gone. I'm so relieved and grateful to have found Clockhouse Podiatry. Their expertise, combined with the effectiveness of SWIFT, has given me back pain-free walking. Highly recommend!
