A great profesional experience, i can hear !

A great profesional experience, from start to finish, from reception team, i was treated by Becky Bailey, who talked me through the procedure, and OH what a difference she made, wax removal from my ears, i can now actually hear everything, i will be going back next year, but will be using their Mapperley branch when that opens shortly.

First Class Service

First Class Service. Lisa the receptionist was so friendly even got me a bottle of water in this heatwave.
Kerry removed wax from both ears and gave me some good advice how to keep them clear as i have small ear canals. Very professional service.
Would highly recommend to family & friends.

Very friendly

Very friendly. I went for my first hearing check up, great experience and given the all clear. No pushy sales or over exaggerated risk, just honest professional advice. Highly recommend.

Ear Wax Gone

Stubborn ear wax removed. Very professional job. Would definitely recommend this fast and efficient service. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Excellent value and service

I went to Pride Hearing for wax removal and a very friendly and helpful young lady (Becky) examined my ears. My ears were actually clear, so no treatment was necessary. It cost me £25 which was very good value to know I did not need them syringing.

Very friendly and professional.

I was a little apprehensive about going at first, however the staff were all very friendly and professional throughout and after 20 minutes I couldn’t believe the relief and my hearing is fantastic again. Thank you.

Becky was great. She explained everything as she went along, showed me before and after photos, and gave me some great advice to take away with me
