I haven't needed to use Ctd for a few years but still a brilliant company.
Staff are still helpful and polite giving great service and knowledge.
They wouldn't even let me carry the bits out to van without helping. Will continue to use them first whenever I need tiling materials

Quality tile shop.

Great service.
We recently purchased tiles for our kitchen floor and were extremely satisfied with the service we received in store. Ian and Mandy were both very friendly and helpful and took all the stress out of choosing and buying tiles. Nothing was too much trouble for them and we would definitely use CTD Tiles Huddersfield again. Thank you!

Absolutely fantastic customer service from Mandy and Ian! They helped us immensely in choosing bathroom and kitchen tiles and were very very patient with our undecidedness, letting me lay different tiles on the floor in different light etc.
Can’t recommend CTD at Huddersfield enough!

Desperate for a particular tile for a job in a couple of days, Mandy at CTD in Huddersfield was amazing, very helpful and professional. Whilst they didn't have the tiles in stock there, they arranged for us to collect in Manchester so we didn't have to cancel the job. So helpful, they couldn't do enough for us. We would highly recommend this tile company and will definitely be going back next time.

Unbeatable service
Amazing service! Sorted out some old tiles I needed for an extension of the bathroom and some new ones. Really helpful in the shop and would recommend to anyone and will continue using them in the future for all things tiles!

Every time I called in they were very helpful
From going into the shop and being helped by a lovely and knowledgeable young guy, to ordering through Mandy. The whole process was simple and swift. All tiles arrived within a couple of days in a totally different part of the UK. Nothing was too much trouble. Definitely recommend. Just found number of tiles on offer was a little limited. Had to buy some from elsewhere as well. Would have been happy to get the all from this one place if they had them.

CTD Huddersfield is Excellent.
Went to the Huddersfield CTD branch, not sure what I needed to do the job I just had measurements, Mandy was brilliant she knew everything and worked out just what I needed. Very professional and Excellent Service.

We purchased a electric underfloor heating kit which a few months later has a faulty screen on the thermostat. Normally the unit would have to be returned to the manufacturer before a replacement could be issued but Arron organised a replacement straight away without question. Great customer service......thankyou.

Made two visits to the Huddersfield branch to look for tiles for 2 bathrooms, too many tiles to choose from. Excellent service on both occasions, Mandy helped us a lot and we placed an order. Would recommend, worth a visit.

Great customer service from all the staff. I needed 3 bathrooms tiling and their experience in helping me choose along with advice and ideas I wouldn’t have thought about was most helpful. The ordering was straight forward and the delivery prompt.
