Absolutely below par experience, the customer service guy will call u atleast three times to ask why u refused and will harrass you for refusing order. Then the same customer service guy calls you again and misbehaves on consistently, infact he argues back aggressively on call and when a customer refuses a pacel for whatever reason, mine was due to a change of mind he will completely discredit it and cuss you out(that any company accomdates in feedback form) and once u give him a shutup call he will give a degarding comment to place a cherry on the top and end the call, fazool service and products and btw they have insane profit margins might as well order from daraz, exploitive business.

I've bought jumbo size jersy sofa covers.they sent best size and color was too good.fabric quality is also v fine.

Very disappointing experience. I ordered an L-shaped sofa cover, covers for 2 chairs, and a pouf, with a total bill of around Rs. 20,000.

The product was shown as Stripe Jacquard, but the fabric I received is extremely thin and does not look or feel like the fabric shown on the website. The sizing is also very poor — the sofa cover does not properly fit even one sofa, and the cushions are oversized.

The products are not suitable for my furniture and do not match what I expected from the website. I have contacted Ctexs to request a return and full refund according to their 14-day return policy.

I would not recommend purchasing expensive sofa covers without being sure about the actual fabric quality and sizing.

Best service - very quick and efficient response and delivery. And very nice colour and quality od the bathrobe. Overall very good experience shopping here online.

We had a wonderful experience with their service. Our order was accidentally placed incorrectly, but their team was extremely cooperative and helpful. They replaced the order and corrected everything for us without charging any extra fees. We truly appreciate their honesty and customer friendly service. Highly recommended

I have ordered covers for turkish chairs in terry cotton fabric. I was so worried regarding the size but alhumdulillah every thing fit perfectly..

This is my third order and alhumdulillah their sofa covers of terry cotton satisfactorily fit to my 7 seater sofa.. Also their customer service is extraordinary..

Totally pathetic service. They don’t provide customized items for sofas, beds, or other furniture. Instead, they send random pieces, and when you contact them, they neither guide you properly nor listen to your feedback.

Before the sale, they are very helpful and responsive. However, if you face any issues after the purchase, they don’t even bother to listen. They won’t answer a single call.

Our order was worth PKR 11,000, and it was a complete waste of money. Not recommended at all.

Total fraud. My wife purchased 2 sets, cash on delivery, Pkr. 19000. After opening the parcel, we found the quality of the fabric was very very poor. We informed them,on whatsapp, and returned the parcel within 2 days on their specified address. First they denied receipt of parcel, then, after 10 days, and on confirmation of delivery by courier, they became silent. Never replied to our calls or messages again.

Pathetic quality. I ordered a fluffy bathrobe for my child, but received a dull, used, worn-out towel robe instead. The quality is extremely poor, and the size is also incorrect. Overall, a very disappointing experience.

The sofa cover is shorter as shown in the website and videos. Moreover the team is forcing and convincing me to use this. They have mentioned the return policy but they are not wiling to this very unsatisfying team behaviour. Not recommend to buy from them.
