Fabulous trousers - delivery took 2 weeks though hence the 4 stars. Would definitely order other products based on the quality of the trousers. Would maybe change from Evri as the delivery carrier, due to them being so unreliable in my area.

Absolutely delighted with my Cuddlr's. Worth the short wait for them. Received mine yesterday and played golf in them this cold morning. Was toasty warm. Perfect fit and length. I'm so pleased with my Cuddlr's, I am about to buy another pair in a different colour.

Disappointing delivery, communication and product

I placed my order on 22 September, with delivery stated as 9 October.

Following a stock delay, I was advised that stock was due on 13 October and outstanding orders would be sent via “next-day delivery”, aiming for delivery from 14 October.

On 13 October, Royal Mail tracking showed that the sender had notified them of the parcel. It still showed Royal Mail awaiting receipt on the evening of 14 October. Receipt appeared in tracking on 15 October, with delivery expected on 17 October. The service used was Tracked 48.

When I questioned this, Mike replied, “We shipped it in the timeframe we said we would” and attributed the delay to Royal Mail. This did not answer my question about why Tracked 48 had been used after I was explicitly told next-day delivery.

Meanwhile, I received daily promotional emails encouraging further purchases, along with marketing texts. I had not knowingly subscribed to. When I raised the unwanted emails, I was told I could unsubscribe. I did not appreciate being left to stop unwanted marketing myself while still chasing my first order.

The order has now arrived. In my opinion, the trousers do not justify the price paid. I also find them difficult to put on because of the loose internal fleece lining.

Stock delays can happen. However, the inconsistent delivery information, unanswered questions, unwanted marketing and disappointing trousers have left me regretting this purchase. Based on my experience, I would not order again.

I was kept informed of where my order was, which arrived quickly. Trousers are a lovely fit and easy to get on after a cold swim, keeping me nice and warm, no more of the cold shivers after a swim!

Surprised how quickly the pants and gloves arrived! In time for birthday! She opened them and said ‘these are the ones girls are wearing coming in the store! ‘ tried them on and perfect fit! Off she went to the barn! We will order more definitely! Saved the gloves for Xmas!

Great communication, fast delivery, love the product! Very warm. Exactly what I need working outside in Yukon winters!

The trousers seem to be amazing, far better quality and smarter and value than I had expected, and look and feel like they really will be warm (it was too hot to wear them today! Arrived fairly quickly too. Just a bit frustrated by constant barrage of cuddlr emails after registering, and by the use of Evri to deliver, but overall impressed, thank you.

I bought 2 pairs of weatherproof fleece-lined trousers on 23 September 2026. The order was split into 2 deliveries. The 1st delivery was via Evri and delivered on 6th October 2026. The 2nd delivery was again via Evri and was delivered on 17th October 2026. On receipt of the 2nd delivery my wife and I both checked the trousers and we were both impressed with the fit, quality, warmth and style of this product and I would have given it a 5 star rating but the delivery tarnished the whole order. As you used EVRI as your delivery company we knew there would be delays in getting the product. In this part of Wales Evri is the worst courier service known to man. It is for this reason we only gave you a 4 star rating. On the next order (if there is one) please use Royal Mail. Regards Keith.

Great Facebook advertising. Easy ordering. Wonderful trousers which are going to my daughter in law…..they look and feel truly sumptuous.

Love my trousers, they are an absolute game changer, so much so that I have already ordered and received my second pair. Love the navy colour, looks really good. Was telling my swim buddy about them and she is going to buy a pair too. Can’t recommend these enough

Ordered two pairs of the insulated pants for my wife for Christmas. She tried them on to make sure they fit but unfortunately I ordered the wrong size. In the one minute she had them on, she already could feel the warmth. The exchange process was super easy. Highly recommend!

I was skeptic when ordering these as i needed something to keep my legs warm in my wheelchair on cold and rainy days that didn’t cost a bomb. After reading the reviews, I decided to get a pair for me and my mum. I am so glad i did because they are so comfy, easy to out on especially for someone like me with poor dexterity. Kept me warm whilst I was out today. Going to be ordering 2 more but may try the straight cut this time so i have both versions

They run super small. I sized up and they are still too small. If they fit, I’d give them more stars. They are thick and very cute as well. Just very disappointed in the sizing

Gloves arrived quickly fit perfectly looking forward to wearing in Iceland in November. The fingers work perfectly on my phone .
