Ordering process was super easy. The size chart was correct! And they were delivered in a timely fashion. I’ve already been enjoying them at the barn and I can even mount a horse from the ground while wearing them.

Really warm. Tried it on when I received it, just wanted to know the fit but it was really warm and comfy that I've decided not to take it off.

It took a while to receive them but I was informed of this. I received them and had a chance to try them out this weekend. I did some paddleboarding then pulled them on after. I have the ones with zip legs and they were very easy to get on. I then spent the evening by the sea and was not cold at all, bearing in mind it is October. They are very cosy and the sizing is good too. They are going to be great this winter, thank you!

Do not buy …. I have not received all my order and both Cuddlr and Evri are not responding to my emails to help find my order

Trousers were out of stock when I ordered but email updates kept me, er, updated 😂
Predicted delivery week was accurate and soon the trousers were in my hands with no problems!
So far we’re delighted - trousers are comfortable and perfect for after a cold swim 🥶

It takes awhile to arrive but the quality of the product is excellent and worth the wait. The return process is expensive and communication could be improved a bit but again quality of products are excellent.

My order was never delivered. When I reach out to customer service, they say it was shipped... but it hasn't been scanned in almost a month and the package is lost. Very frustrating and cost me nearly $300. I've asked for a refund twice with no success, and I'm still trying to get a refund.

The customer service was excellent during the ordering process. The Cuddlr pants were exactly as promised. I tried them on…. They’re awesome!!! Great fit, soft and warm, and actually cute!!!

Wow, now this is customer service on another level. Before ordering the fleece trousers, I contacted the customer care team, brilliant and prompt with their response.
Trousers arrived within days and was kept informed on delivery timescales throughout.
Trousers are amazing although not used yet, bought them to wear in Norway in - 10 degrees and wild swimming.
Without hesitation, I would recommend.

My order arrived in good time, about a week. The trousers fit well so the size chart works, they are a lovely fit and incredibly warm. The complimentary socks are really nice and a surprise The deal at the time I ordered I think. I intend to buy my daughter a pair of trousers now I have mine and know that the company are good to deal with

Fabulous trousers - delivery took 2 weeks though hence the 4 stars. Would definitely order other products based on the quality of the trousers. Would maybe change from Evri as the delivery carrier, due to them being so unreliable in my area.

Absolutely delighted with my Cuddlr's. Worth the short wait for them. Received mine yesterday and played golf in them this cold morning. Was toasty warm. Perfect fit and length. I'm so pleased with my Cuddlr's, I am about to buy another pair in a different colour.

Disappointing delivery, communication and product

I placed my order on 22 September, with delivery stated as 9 October.

Following a stock delay, I was advised that stock was due on 13 October and outstanding orders would be sent via “next-day delivery”, aiming for delivery from 14 October.

On 13 October, Royal Mail tracking showed that the sender had notified them of the parcel. It still showed Royal Mail awaiting receipt on the evening of 14 October. Receipt appeared in tracking on 15 October, with delivery expected on 17 October. The service used was Tracked 48.

When I questioned this, Mike replied, “We shipped it in the timeframe we said we would” and attributed the delay to Royal Mail. This did not answer my question about why Tracked 48 had been used after I was explicitly told next-day delivery.

Meanwhile, I received daily promotional emails encouraging further purchases, along with marketing texts. I had not knowingly subscribed to. When I raised the unwanted emails, I was told I could unsubscribe. I did not appreciate being left to stop unwanted marketing myself while still chasing my first order.

The order has now arrived. In my opinion, the trousers do not justify the price paid. I also find them difficult to put on because of the loose internal fleece lining.

Stock delays can happen. However, the inconsistent delivery information, unanswered questions, unwanted marketing and disappointing trousers have left me regretting this purchase. Based on my experience, I would not order again.
