Waste of time & money

Ordered engraving tool on 9th November
Delivered to wrong address by Royal Mail
On 20th November. Contacted company & spent considerable time & money & gave them the location where the item had been delivered & still not received the item .
Despite photographic evidence & numerous emails .

Stoped after 2 minutes use

Used the Culiau Engraver on a wood project, 2nd use only since purchase, a simple lettering project. Started on full charge, within 2 minutes it totally stopped. I let it cool. It will not restart, dead as a door nail. I checked I was using all correct settings, correct bit etc. This company is good at marketing but the product is poor.

Poor customer service

Ordered an engraving pen from this company on 2.12.24. Was told it would arrive by 16.12.24 but by the 18.12 24 it still hadn't arrived. Contacted the courier (Yodel) who said that they have not received this item yet. I emailed the company to find out where my item was but have still not received a reply. As this was a Christmas present I requested a refund as it was looking very unlikely that I would receive this by Christmas. As yet still haven't heard when or if I will get a refund. The only way to contact this company is by email. Very poor customer service. Avoid if ordering outside of USA.

I bought this item through a link on facebook. That was almost one month ago and it still hasn't arrived. I have tracking info which shows it is sitting at a facility for 19 days. The customer service line isn't responding. It was a bday gift, and I already missed that date. Now hoping for christmas gift, but since no one is responding I'm guessing that won't happen either. Poor customer service. VERY long transit time (if at all). would NOT recommend.

Device died within about 1hr of use

Delivery was delayed. Device arrived and worked for all of 60mins before the motor just stopped working.

Looking around online, found several people had the same issue. No response from customer service.

Lack of response from customer service

Purchased an engraving pen only for a few hours later the price to be reduced. I therefore contacted customer service since the item had not yet been dispatched, and they said they would match the discounted price and give a partial refund for the difference.

However, despite this initial promise they are now refusing to answer emails and have not fulfilled their promise to price match despite contacting them on multiple occasions.. Unfortunate as I was going to cancel and reorder at the lower price.

Disappointing customer service.

Update Feb 2025: Culiau did reach out and apologised for the delay in their response and we were compensated for the inconvinience caused by recieving another engraver in the post, therefore review and star rating updated to reflect this.

Must have for the tool or hobby box!!!

I took a chance and saw an advert pop up on facebook and thought why not give it a shot!!! Well all i can say is YES YES YES!!! It is a dynamit pocket rocket essential to the tool box or hobby box!!! A must have!!! I was diagnosed with severe depression 4 years ago and a few months ago purchasing this little beauty I have not looked back and grown so much. Also like to thank Franca who has been absolutely amazing at assisting with enquiries!!! Super thankful for her professional and timely service on all communication. ❤️ the rebrand too!!! Bought this engraving pen Sept 25 2024…

Bought this engraving pen Sept 25 2024 from Amazon. Pen stopped working yesterday after maybe 6 uses. We have trouble shot all issues. Pen just stops working if any amount of light pressure is applied. Can’t seem to get ahold of the company via Amazon and Amazon told me they can’t help me with it because it’s past the return date. Really wanted to love this but at the moment I am disappointed.
