Pen stopped working and my warranty was no longer valid
I purchased an engraving pen a few years back. I tested it out when I received it and then put it away for a later date. Luckily I thought to bring it with me when we had to put almost everything we owned into storage. A little over a week ago I was needing something creative to do so I pulled out the pen kit and figured I'd learn how to use it for multiple engraving projects. I started vy engraving a few stones a day and unfortunately, I must have gotten a defective pen. I emailed the company and explained to them how I had hardly used it and it had quit working. They looked up my information and even though their products are only warrantied for a year, their wonderful company has sent me a new pen kit! Not many companies show that kind of customer service and support any more. Thank you Culiau

If I could give NO Stars
If I could give NO Stars, I would. From day one product would not hold a charge properly, only ran about 5 minutes. I thought it wasn't properly charged. I then FULLY charged it, readout said 100%. It ran 3-5 minutes. I got frustrated, so I just shoved it into a drawer. Pulled it out this week to give another try. Now, it won't charge AT ALL. I've tried several cables, outlets, etc. My phone will charge on latest combination, but Culiau is DEAD. I cannot get a response from customer service with emails and DMs sent. Save your money and DON"T BUY THIS!!!

I tryed to talk to the company about the way my pen is not working and all you did was for me to send a video to tell what's wrong. You should make a link that a customers can send there problem in.. I tried to do that and you can only sent a very small clip. As of that my pen is not fixed or replaced. Ticket# 74331.

Habe bestellt und das Packet ist verloren gegangen. Nachdem ich mich dan mal gemeldet habe ist es relativ schnell und unkompliziert gegangen und es wurde ein neues Packet losgeschikt.

Better than expected
Much better than expected. I had my worries but I received the product and it worked. Soon, the battery quickly died but sending them a video of the issue was enough and they send a replacement engraver.

Caliau The perfect site for engraving tools.
The service I received from Culiau was great. I bought the stencils and attachments first of all thinking I had added the Culiau engraving pen, it wasn’t until my order arrived that I noticed I had forgotten to order the pen. So I went back online and ordered the pen, I paid for it and only after I found I hadn’t put the discount code in my order so I mailed them and explained about the discount code, it was my mistake however they sorted it out and I received the discount. The customer service I have received has been excellent I now await for my engraving pen to arrive so I can extend my crafting. I know that if I need any further items I wouldn’t hesitate to go to the site online. I would recommend anybody who is furthering their love for engraving to look Caliau up and receive the full support as I have.

Problème de surchauffe
J'ai constaté une surchauffe de l'appareil à l'utilisation. J'ai donc contacté le SAV et j'ai été mise en contact avec Clara qui m'a immédiatement chaleureusement accueilli et proposé de remplacer le stylo. Je ne pensais pas être prise en charge si vite, je suis absolument ravie du SAV.

Not living up to claims
I have just received mine, nice packaging and presentation with a slick instruction manual. I followed instructions 'to the letter' about charging before use. First use, it only lasted 1 hour contradicting Culiau's claim of a 2-hour battery life, a quote from their Mastery Guide. The pen became quite hot with use. As soon as you purchase, you will then be bombarded literally with many sales prompts to buy more that starts to feel like harassment, this happening all before my purchase is in transit and received. Claims of free delivery? Not so.

Culiau is a company that truly believes on the quality of its products and cares about their customers! My recently experience proved the above statement true. Bought my Customizer Engraving Pen back on December, not used it frequently and last week started to malfunction, with a fully charged battery, each time I was powering it on, automatically was going to power off after 5 seconds of function. I contacted the support team, received a reply in less than 24h asking for a video of what was happening to better understand the issue. I made the video and sent it to Clara. Next day I received a confirmation that a new Customizer was shipped without any additional cost. A big thank you to Clara who resolved my issue! A big thank you to Culiau for their product, policy and after sales support! I encourage all potential buyers not to overthink if and if they like the product, to go ahead and buy it. Culiau will be there to support you!

Phenomenal customer service
I am mid-issue at the moment, but whether or not it gets resolved, I want to give a HUGE shout out to Franca who has been on the comms with me for the past few hours. She could not be more personable, helpful and accommodating. Honestly. Franca has gone above and beyond with extremely prompt replies, tips and suggestions and general phenomenal customer service.
