They delivered the package in good time - when I had a issue with one of the pens I putchased they inmediatly delivered a replacement.

Like a flash issue processed and resolved!!
Unfortunately our Customizer had a fault, even though fully charged the device motor would not start. Raised the issue with Culiau team and Carla very quick took responsibility for the case. With additional video evidence to validate the problem, Carla issued a replacement. I couldn't ask for more.. Just eagerly waiting for replacement device! Thank you Carla and Team Culiau!

Great Customer Service Experience
I love my pen! I have used it on glass, rocks and wood and have been very happy. Suddenly I was experiencing a problem with keeping the pen running. I reached out to the Culiau customer service team on a weekend and they solved my problem by Monday. They were very helpful and I appreciate professionalism.

Culiau Customer Service
I've contacted Culiau Customer service a couple times over the last several days . They have been very fast at solving all my issues but the last one. Hopefully we'll get that fixed shortly. The company seems to be very customer friendly and that's a huge plus !

Had a problem with delivery company but was sorted by Caliou Store
Had a problem. With delivery company Evri not delivering to the address but throwing order over a 6ft gate.Got intouch with Caliau store and they were absolutely fabulous, the engraving tool and drills are top class, a friend is now ordering one he thought it was well worth the price as well. Will be ordering more tools to go with mine. Caliau are going to send any orders I now order by royal mail. Excellent company to deal with

I made a pre-order for glass engraving
I made a pre-order for glass engraving. After a month I still hadn't received the ordered item.
After contacting Culiau they immediatly refunded my payment and they send me a new customizer to compensate the inconvenience.

Great Experience in Customer Service
Fast, friendly, effective response to our concern that the engraver didn’t work and follow-up communication! Engraver replaced promptly and is working well. The recipient of this gift, so sad that the first one didn’t work, is delighted- and we are too at how well this was handled.

A really good tool and an absolutely phenomenal company
The tool was easy to use. The bits that they supplied were wonderful. I love the tool but what I love even more is when I had a problem with it I dealt with real people who rectified my concern to my complete satisfaction. If you're a hobbyist and looking for a engraving tool like this, this is where to go. It's a great little tool and a great company with excellent customer service.
