For my boyfriend
I ordered one engraving pen for my boyfriend and it was working perfectly, until it stopped, without a Reason... It is fully charged, it just doesn't work. So i sent them an email with a video he sent me and the next day i had a "new order statement" !!! So they replaced it too fast without charging me anything! They are pretty fast and very nice🥹 thanks guys

I purchased two of the Customizer…
I purchased two of the Customizer Professional Engravers. One had an issue charging and when I contacted customer support they were very quick to respond and sent me a new one almost immediately. They are very professional and responsive. Besides selling a great product they also have superior customer service to back it up. I would highly recommend anyone looking for an engraver to take a seriously look at the Culiau Customizer professional engraver.

Great customer service!
I ordered the Customizer and got it in about a week which is great as it had to be send to Belgium.. How wonderful the equipment was! It was terrific! But then suddenly as I wanted to replace a bit, the Allen grab screw got stuck (probably I screwed it too hard with the hex key, so be careful!) and it couldn't be removed with a tweezer as customer service immediately advised. I sent Clara a video back that I couldn't find an option to get it out and she let send to me a new Customizer! So what a great customer service!! Thank you very much for all the help and support!

A disappointing product
I purchased the Culiau engraver last year and hardly used it. However, a project appeared that required fine engraving and carving in wax - the finished piece looked great. Sadly, the engraver no longer works. I can only have used it for around 20 hours at most - it now cuts out almost immediately making it impossible to use.
I contacted Culiau who responded immediately to explain that the product only has a 60-day guarantee. This shows they have little faith in their own product. I was offered a 30% discount in order to buy the engraver again. Since this offer is readily available to all customers, it didn't really make up for the poor performance of the engraver, nor the poor returns policy. I explained to Culiau that I would be purchasing an almost identical item for a quarter of the price from another online market place.
I would recommend that you shop around before buying this product. It was great whilst it worked, but it has a very short shelf-life.

Excellent Customer Service
What Excellent Customer Service I experienced with Culiau. I ordered the Tambour Bead Embroidery bundle and I honestly expected it to take over 7 days. But to my surprise it was here within 3 days.
How doing that time our apartment community's was vandalized, which resulted in no delivery service to our apartment Mailbox.
I was very concerned on how my package was going to be delivered, so I emailed Culiau and explained the issue I was going through.
They responded quickly with all the info for me to receive my package in a timely manner and even requested to be notified when I had picked up my package.

When my Tambour embroidery kit arrived it had no instructions you had to scan, so I sent an email had a quick reply no problem sent PDF file wonderful instruction they even emailed me to see if I had success downloading it. A company that cares about the customer just wonderful. Virginia.

A date with my girlfriend
I am very surprised, I bought 2 customizers, one for me and one for my girlfriend, I wanted to share a moment with her doing some crafts, we are beginners and we had never done anything like this, but this tool made it incredibly easy. I think I will buy more for my family, my mom will love it for hanging out.

N"achetez SURTOUT PAS !! c'est du bas de gamme! j'ai acheté leur stylo graveur, et au bout de 3 fois il ne marchait plus.... ils n'ont pas voulu me rembourser ou me le remplacer car 2 mois etait passé.... c'est une honte.
Ne pas se fier a leur soit disant avis positifs sur leur site, ce ne sont que des faux, ca se voit car certains ne sont pas cohérents , comme si une machine l'avait écrit. Et puis quand j'ai acheté leur crayon je n'ai pas pu donner d'avis...

When something is good, you gotta share it. So I'm telling everyone to buy from Culiau.
1) The Customizer is AMAZING. I mean, I love the little guy, it's small, powerful and trusty. The battery lasts and it works on many surfaces. Great product, and it arrived fast and safely.
2) Customer support were heroes!! I had some doubts before buying and they were super helpful and made the whole experience very easy and enjoyable.
Everybody should give it a try.
Now if you'll excuse me, I have some more things to engrave.

No updates, No pen, No reply
Ordered my item last month, yet no shipping updates. Haven't received it or a reply from Culiau whatsoever. After reading this, my expectations are zero and I am gonna cancel my order. What a shame. They just turned out to be like every other company where it was just doing so much promo to sell and sell yet nothing to retain. the email reply rate is disgusting.
update: what does confuse me, is that when you say you don't have enough people to read the number of emails you get, yet somehow you have the time to read and even reply to almost every single comment in trust pilot is very confusing. I was unable to reach your business directly despite being an actual customer, However, I got in contact with you guys through a secondary route. which doesn't make sense. Please hire more people or figure your things out because honestly after paying as much as I did, This level of customer service does not cut it. I would not be willing to listen to your issues as the price takes away that grey zone for you guys. This may work for you guys within the US continent, but trust me customers are much worse worldwide. The number one engraving pen won't matter when you take over 30 days to send it without replying to any of the customer's concerns. This is really, and I mean REALLY bad customer rep.

I’m impressed.. the customer service is great (Carla!) and the pen is as I wished for. The package came in one and a half week, which is quick all the way to Holland.
One thing which is less.. sorry.. is that you can not use the pen while loading.

Ich habe mir den Culiau bestellt da ich es gerne mal testen wollte.
Viele billige Gravierstifte vibrieren oder sind sehr laut. Dieser aber nicht, er lasst sich super benutzen, fast wie ein normaler Stift.
Ich bin mehr als begeistert, werde für meinen Sohn noch einen kaufen da er gerne an Hölzern schnitzt.
Ich kann ihn nur weiterempfehlen
