Do not throw your money away

Placed an order for two devices on 19 December and was emailed saying my order was ready to be shipped, with a tracking number. The order status has not changed as of 7 January. Been contacting them through their website, instagram and PayPal and have not heard anything other than “we will ask logistics to send it asap”, but nothing has happened. Total scam. Do not order.

UPDATE: 22 Jan. I received a refund the day I left this review and received the devices 2 days ago, which I am trying to return.

Very fast delivery and great customer…

Very fast delivery and great customer service. I emailed them and they answered right away and solved my problem immediately. Love my curaid so far but it's not been long so haven't seen results yet, will report in a few weeks. Will buy again for a presentar.

I bought the device and it doesn't work at all. I am been taking pictures every week and my skin got worse. I sent them the pics and they are not returning my money as they said. DO NOT BUY IT.

Is this a scam?

I was almost convinced to buy the product, I read many favorable reviews, and thought to give it a try, but there is something that changed my mind. On the Curaid site there is a testimony of some dermatologists. I looked up for these people and they don't actualy exist. Moreover, Dr. Élise Dubois, MD Board-Certified Dermatologist Paris, France, according to the picture is a man, but Élise is a woman name. No french would name their boy Élise! So not only that those "dermatologist" are not real, they are embarassingly wrong made. If they need to fake some dermatologist reviews, for me that is a huge red flag. As a conclusion, I will not buy this product. Just sharing my findings for other people to look up these details, and for Curaid to get some genuine medical reviews for their product, or at least delete the fake ones.

First, not all dermatologists are active online or maintain public influencer-style profiles. At this stage in our business, we don’t have the large marketing budget to hire celebrity dermatologists the way big brands do. Instead, we collect professional feedback from real, practicing dermatologists across Europe who provide clinical opinions on our formulas—not public endorsements.

Regarding the name and the photo you mentioned, you are absolutely right: it appears that an incorrect placeholder image was mistakenly used on our website. This was an internal error, not an attempt to mislead. We have already corrected this to avoid any further confusion.

We also want to express that leaving a 1-star review without having purchased or used any of our products feels very unfair. Reviews are extremely important for small brands like ours, and ratings based on assumptions can seriously impact our ability to grow and continue improving.

Disappointing service, but finally resolved.

Curaid customer service has a long way to go before I could give it anything more than 2 stars. nightmare experience.
I wanted to return a faulty product within the 90 days guarantee(I followed the T&C with photos and videos ),2 months of chasing, and only found resolution by leaving a honest and negative review here.
Customer service advised they would refund once the review was removed. Appalling I know, but I deleted it, as agreed.

So here is my honest review of the overall experience.
Your customer service needs a MAJOR overall. if you cannot response with 48 hours, then don't say that.
You cannot hold refunds hostage for positive reviews.
Stick true to your 90 days guarantee.

Customer expectation is important, offer what you promise, better to under sell and over deliver. not everyone will love your product and that's ok, but I am judging you on the service ( or lack of) I received.
The current set up is really not working and you will loose business, not from negative reviews, (all honest reviews should be encouraged, responded to and learnt from)
You will loose business from your own lack of service and quality.

Incomplete: i only received a part of the items i ordered and paid for (i paid for the triple action kit including the botox like serum but i only got the cura face pro device). I’ll ask for a reimbursement.

Goed nadenken voor dat je dit aanschaft en trap niet in aanbieding

Bezorging van het apparaatje ging erg vlot, maar op het serum heb ik 10 dagen moeten wachten. Erg vervelend vond ik dit: nog geen 10 dagen nadat ik mijn bestelling had gedaan (waarvan ze zeiden dat het een superaanbieding was) hetzelfde kon bestellen voor maar liefst 40 euro minder. (apparaat + serum). Dan voel je je toch flink genept. Het apparaat heb ik nog maar een paar keer gebruikt; is tijdrovend (2x een kwartier per dag!), dus dat moet worden ingebouwd in je leven. We zullen zien.

Non existing customer support, don’t place orders

I placed my order September the 8th, for 2 devices + serums so I could gift one to my friend. It’s now two months later, never received the devices, kept emailing and asking for help, responding and taking care of the problem is not a priority it seems. I gave up and asked for a refund, don’t even want the devices anymore. Still no response. Definitely not recommending ordering anything here, if something goes wrong with delivery (which can happen these days easily) there is no customer support at all.

Good product but lack of transparency on website

I was disappointed when my 'Curaid PolacoPro device' arrived in a 'made in China' box, given that the website specifically mentions that 'made with love in Europe' is one of the distinguishing features of the brand. The information in the box also did not match the product description or specifications on the website. This made me loose a bit of confidence and I wrote to customer service. They answered right away - explaining that manufacturing in China is industry standard, and that design and the quality control is managed out of Europe. They also told me the instruction manual is being revised to better reflect the product specifications, which is great. The emails were respectful and response time was quick -- and I do like how the product feels (still too early to see if there is any effects on my skin). I am rating as a '3' - because to me as a consumer, transparency is very important. This is is fairly expensive product, and there are many less expensive (similar) products on the market. I wish there was a little star caveating the 'made in Europe' note on the website-- and that when I received the product, what was in the box matched the online description that had led me to buy it in the first place.

Die 90-Tage Rückgabefrist und Geld-zurück-Garantie, mit welchem der Hersteller wirbt, sind irreführend und eine Falschangabe. Bei Kontaktaufnahme mit dem Kundenservice sehr zügige Antwort. Hier jedoch widersprüchliche Aussagen. Ich kann nur davor warnen.

Does not work

From what I have read the red light is supposed to be non heating, but it does get hot. Have used twice a day since it arrived and no difference, save your money and don't buy this.

Maak vóór foto's voor de garantie!!

Ik wilde het product proberen vanwege de lovende recensies. Zelf merkte ik na een maand gebruik geen verschil en kostte het veel tijd om goed te doen. Voor een werkende moeder met jonge kinderen kostte het teveel tijd. Er is een 90 dagen niet goed geld teruggarantie. Maar daar kon ik geen gebruik van maken. Dan moet je namelijk een voor-foto hebben, een foto van het 1e gebruik en een foto na 90 dagen. Ik kon niet meer voldoen aan de eerste 2 foto's. Dit vind je overigens alleen op de website als je zoekt, en krijg je niet als informatie mee in het pakket zelf.

Verzenden en contact met bedrijf was verder netjes.

ACHTUNG – Täuschung

ACHTUNG! Die Firma wirbt mit einem 90-Tage Rückgabeversprechen und einfacher Rückgabe – sogar bei geöffneten und benutzten Produkten. In Wirklichkeit ist das nichts wert: Auf meinen Widerruf wurde nicht reagiert, stattdessen werden ständig neue Hürden aufgebaut. Für mich ist das irreführende Werbung und Täuschung. Ein Unternehmen, das mit solchen Versprechen Kunden lockt und dann nicht liefert, ist nicht vertrauenswürdig.

Looks Promising

I received my parcel in the timeframe of 3 to 5 days, which was great. I have been using the device now for just over 2 weeks (every day) and can see a subtle change in my skin texture. It looks slightly more lifted. I know I will need more time to get to my goal, which is to improve my lip lines, forehead lines, the little eye laughter lines and to tighten my jaw line. I am hoping to achieve this in 3 months.
