Update…

Hoi ik heb gisteren het pakket ontvangen . Had er ook het serum bij besteld . Deze zat er niet bij. Tot op heden geen reactie op mijn e-mail gekregen .

Update , ik heb na deze post snel antwoord gekregen en vandaag het serum alsnog ontvangen. Dus heel fijn .

Beware of fraudulent advertising

I actually cannot say much about the CurafacePro itself, as I have never tried it. I ordered it and when looking at the product website again, I decided to read the reviews they so proudly feature. It would have been cleverer to do so before ordering, sure. Anyway, it turned out that this product, quite in contrast to the claims on the product website has not won any of the prizes mentioned there and at least one of them doesn’t even exist, the company just made it up. The product has also never been mentioned in the press. I decided that I will not support such fraudulent behaviour and not even try the product and cancelled my order. I give this product one star because the money was quickly returned to my account.

I haven’t received the product, the order was done the 5th of July and 2 weeks after, I haven’t received it yet.
I sent an email to your support email and no answer has been received yet.
Can you please confirm when I’m going to receive the package?
If not I’ll request the money back.

No manual so no clue how to use it

So a lot of 5 star reviews from people from the US with only 1 review on their name?
And all in the same week? I think I trust the lower star reviews as they are real.

Why is there no manual with this product?? Should I use it daily? Twice a day? For a minute? For 5???

While the Curaface PRO™ doesn’t come with a physical guide, we do offer a full video tutorial and step-by-step usage instructions on our website. You’ll find them on the product page under “How to Use.”

Here’s a quick breakdown to help you get started:

📆 Usage Frequency:
• Use once or twice per day, morning or evening
• Aim for 5–6 times per week
• Use the cleansing brush feature just 2–3 times per week

📋 Order of Application:
1. Cleanse your skin
2. Apply your serum
3. Use the Curaface PRO on red light (heat mode) to massage the serum in
4. (Optional) Switch to blue light (cool mode) to calm and refresh the skin

✨ Tips:
• Always glide gently — no need to press hard
• Focus more time on forehead or crow’s feet if you’d like
• Use upward motions to help support the skin’s firmness

I have paid but havent received

I have paid but havent received, so I’m waiting to get Curaid… 2 stars because I have hope. Its only been 10 days.
But: How can you ask for a review just a day after ordering?

I have been using the Curaface pro…

I have been using the Curaface pro daily for three weeks now. I give it two stars because my skin may look a little calmer, but that's it. I have tried to contact customer service before, but I have not received a response. What I miss is a clear user manual on how to use the Curaface pro; - how often do you have to move the device over your face (does this have to be done three times on the same spot, or maybe ten times??) - do you have to use the blue light after the red light? Or the blue in the morning and the red in the evening? - do you use the red light after your serum and then your night cream, or do you apply everything first and then the light on it? And what about the blue light. In short, how do you get the most out of the device, I have no idea..... A real shame!!

Caring customer support

After having a less-than-ideal experience with their customer support, they resolved the issue with a proactive solution that helped me lower my guard regarding the legitimacy of their business. Upon acknowledging their mistake, they demonstrated that they can be genuinely attentive and caring towards their customers, and I am pleased with the agreement. I haven't used the device yet, but I will update this review after doing so. Thank you!

Very quick service!

Very quick service;a track/trace code was sent by email the day after ordering, and the product was delivered within 3 days after placing the order.
The only point for improvement is the content: it would be much better if the use of the product was outlined in the manual. It only states the 3 functions and what they (can) do. What I would love to know is how to use it (for instance, circular movements or...) and how often for best results.
Other than that: PERFECT!
