I received my pet Memorial for my little Yorkie Bentley that passed. I would highly recommend Cus Gifts there products are of the highest quality.

This company worked with me for several weeks to get my husbands t shirt just right. We have a rare breed of dog and over the course of several weeks they requested pics of the dogs, we had three, 2 deceased and 1 living, and made me a custom shirt with all three dogs that looked perfect. They’ said’ what i wanted them to say, they looked perfect, down to the ticking on one dog, and they just got everything right. They were fast to respond to me and fast to give me previews.
I love this company and give them 5 stars, I wish I could give them more.
My husband was so overcome with his shirt he wept tears of happiness when he opened it. He said on fb that it was the most thoughtful and wonderful gift he has ever gotten.

Just received the plaque with our two dearly missed Pomeranian images sitting next to me and my hubby. Going to hang on the wall rather than use the stand that is included ... will always be a treasured and loving memory in our home <3

I bought this as a gift for my wife on her birthday. She absolutely loved it! In fact, it made her cry. We all miss our dear little cat so much it hurts, and with her and my wife being the only females in the house, they had a very special connection. Thank you SO much.

Canvas was very nice and just like the picture. A staff member contacted me about changes I requested to the canvas. I requested several changes, top wording and different ranks, due to serving in two branches. Very easy to deal with, polite, and fast delivery. I will definitely suggest other veterans use this company.

I ordered a gift for a friend October 1, 2024 and she still hasn’t received it.
I followed up with a message to the company and have heard nothing.
There’s no tracking number for follow up.
But they charged my credit card immediately 😩
I’m really angry and my friend is disappointed.

I ordered a American flag Air Force canvas print personalized with my niece in pilot gear and in bold letters, her last name.
An amazing job was done with the so-so quality picture I sent.
I was shocked, it's absolutely beautiful and I can't thank you enough.
In addition, it's going to make my niece feel very special.

This company is a scam. Ordered a custom made gift for a friend, and it never arrived. They have some scammy tracking service and when I tried to reach out to the customer service number, not only was it not their name but they don’t take calls. I sent an email and they replied with some ridiculous more scammy jargon about how the delivery company was American Piggycars and they are “happy to inform me it has been delivered”. It was never delivered and no assistance given. This is a company in China. Save your money.

I customized my tee shirt with my 2 favorite dogs and I LOVE it. My order was handled properly and timely and they constantly kept me updated on when it would arrive. I definitely would order from them again.

Easily the best purchase I've ever made!! Having to put my baby of 12 years down was devastating. This was like she spoke directly to me. The photo was crisp n clear the structure is great!! Words look hand painted. Beautiful memorial to her, and I couldn't be happier.

CusGifts "support" e-addy ignored 5 emails from me, & from the recipient I ordered a personalized gift for (order #CG103394), nor povides an online phone number. Instead, their form email threatens to destroy product undelivered.

Disappointed, ordered a customized hot wheels for Father’s Day, paid express shipping but got it 3 days after Father’s Day. The back of the hot wheels card was blank, more effort could have gone into this for the price they charge. Will not be ordering again.

I have ordered multiple times from this company. I have also bought several phone cases. They are so cute! I get so many compliments. The case is a soft plastic that is so durable. The sides and back of my phone are protected when I drop it, and because it is not a hard plastic, the impact seems to be softer. The design never fades. My cases look as good today as the day I got them. I am very pleased with all the items I have purchased from CusGifts. Pillow covers, ornaments, etc. Love all their Jeep style options. They are my go-to for personalized gifts.
