Ordered on the Saturday 5th, stated next day delivery on all items so assumed delivery would be Tuesday/Wednesday. Emailed on Wednesday as heard nothing, no tracking despite website saying dispatched, no reply. Fb messaged Thursday, no reply, called today (Friday) no answer! Wouldn't mind if it didn't state next day delivery! Communication is shocking! About to put in a PayPal claim and buy elsewhere. AVOID!

Received the key blanks I required quickly and without having to create yet another account.

Item was not delivered, sent email and left message online, response took two weeks, only to say item was not available. So still no goods and having to process a claim through PayPal to reclaim monies already paid.
My experience was not a good one, buyer beware.

The product, worktop end caps were very reasonably priced. It was extremely easy to order and I was kept informed of thier journey. They arrived promptly and are a quality product.

I ordered ERA 353 key blanks, needing the manufacturers ones instead of the clones that were sent.
Clones vary in specification to the manufacturers blanks and when cut are not working for my ERA lock. Tried calling twice to talk it through, no one picked up at the other end.

All ready bought 2 they were just what we wanted and wife wanted 1more.

Website said 1-3 days delivery ordered the product rang them 4 days later to be told it has to come from the manufacturer first it should be with you Thursday that will be 7 days since the order. Golden rule don’t promise what you can’t give

After two failed attempts online (with different companies) I finally got what I paid for. I should have came to Charles Watson first. Ordered the weekend before New Year and I didn't expect delivery until after New Year but it arrived New Years Eve. Excellent service and exactly what I need.
