Terrible experience, Loake shoes were on clearance and listed as being dark brown with rubber sole. On my invoice it still listed the shoe as being dark brown with rubber sole. But received the brown colour version of the shoe with the rubber sole. Emailed Rose, and advised the mistake, she mentioned that the shoe didn’t actually come in this color so they decided to send me the brown color instead without advising me before they sent it. Three emails later, they still won’t admit they they listed e incorrectly and want me to pay for the shipping to return the shoe. Most recent excuse, is that I purchased the shoe based on the picture and not the title above the one and was listed on the receipt. Extremely bad service and will never purchase from them again. Sending the shoes back for a refund on the shoes, whilst being out shipping from Australia to Uk.

Do not buy from this company. The customer service is nasty and rude. I bought a Harris Tweed jacket at a steep price. It was delivered without the famous bespoke Harris Tweed Mahogany Hanger. I sent a friendly reminder and was asked to return my purchase at my own expense for a refund that will not include the original shipping fee. For a United States based customer, this was an additional cost I could not afford. I was forced to keep the jacket. Potential customers be warned. Keep your distance from Cw menswear uk.
