From beginning to end I cannot fault this company. Communications were outstanding. Delivery organised perfectly. Driver was excellent, pleasant, careful and polite. The chairs and table are just the best. I won't hesitate to use this company again and also let my family and friends know just how good Cyan are.

This order was our 3rd or 4th with Cyan; given some delays in sourcing our plantation chairs (world events I presume?)we were advised of the issues well before the initial delivery date. They kept us abreast of all matters.

I lost my mum in August 2023, and started the process of getting a bench in her memory. I came across this company on Google and fell in love with their Balmoral Bench 1.8m.

I had some issues with ordering the bench on the website due to specific engravings that I wanted, therefore I reached out to them via phone.

A lady called Linda Russell answered the phone. She was so helpful, I knew immediately this was the company I was going to buy from. She gave me advice but there was one further decision to make, so she let me take a couple of days, and happily took on responsibility for my order. With it being around a very sensitive subject, having someone personal to liaise with make my experience a lot less stressful.

Now, you’d think a company selling large outdoor furniture would have a pretty basic customer service but with this being a memorial bench, I understandably wanted everything to be perfect.

I can’t comment on the rest of their customer service but if their service is anything like the service I got from Linda, this is the place you have to go.

Kind, attentive, prompt, professional are among a few words I would use to describe the service I got from Linda.

All my enquires and all of my concerns were answered by her, even after the bench had been delivered, I went to her for some advice on caring for the bench, and she again, responded promptly.

The bench is absolutely BEAUTIFUL and everything I ever imagined. Thank you to Linda, and to Cyan for helping me create such a perfect place for me to remember my mum.

I am delighted with the beautiful memorial bench I purchased from Cyan Teak after seeing one of their benches in my local park.
Ordering was simple, I knew from the beginning how long it would take and the delivery was bang on time.

I was amazed to get next day delivery to the north of Scotland. I think I was lucky as by chance I placed my order just as the delivery van to Scotland was being packed but I was still very impressed by the service. The delivery driver put my bench in the garden exactly where I wanted it. It is a lovely sturdy bench and I am very pleased with the quality.
