Good sustainability credentials which…
Good sustainability credentials which is why I chose this company. However, the chairs were slightly rickety and had to be tightened up. One had a bolt/screw missing from the side arm which my husband had to fix otherwise that chair would have been unusable. The wood on some of the arms was water marked - not bad enough to warrant returning but not what you expect for new goods.

Great service and product
I needed advice on the availability and style of furniture and got great advice. I ordered and the product (a bench) was supplied promptly and is of excellent quality. All in all an excellent experience. Highly recommended.

Great company to deal with
Great service our Pergola arrived quickly the staff there were great and the delivery guys were very respectful of our property and friendly, the quality of the Pergola is fantastic and reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend this company

Delivery was due today between 08.00…
Delivery was due today between 08.00 and 18.00 and it's now 19.15 and no delivery.
We've stayed in all day to accept it ...sooo annoying.

We're very sorry for the inconvenience and disappointment caused by this delivery delay. We completely understand how frustrating it is to set aside a day waiting for a delivery that doesn't arrive.
Unfortunately, the courier ran out of time on the scheduled delivery day. As soon as we were notified, we contacted you to explain the situation and confirm that delivery had been rescheduled for the next working day. We kept you updated on the day with updates from the courier and your order arrived within the time slot given.
Thankfully your garden bench was delivered to you quickly within three days of the order being placed, we appreciate that this doesn't make up for the inconvenience caused by the slight delay.
As a small business based in Cornwall, we rely on third-party couriers, and although delays are uncommon, they can unfortunately happen. We genuinely care about our customers' experience and always do everything we can to resolve situations like this as quickly as possible. We're sorry that on this occasion we fell short of the service you expected.

Brilliant company and product
Firstly, we are just delighted with the quality of the Ridge 6 Seater table, the Cora chairs and the hardwood parasol. Looks great, chairs are comfortable, very easy to assemble and everything is well crafted. Secondly, the ordering and delivery process went like clockwork. Good communication from ordering to receiving the table. Finally, the mark of a really good company comes in the way it handles minor issues. We had received the wrong 'collar' that secures the parasol to the base. Rang the company, they picked up instantly, were so friendly to deal with, I sent a photo of the issue and the next day a new part arrived. Five stars all round.

Garden parasol.
I placed an order for a garden parasol. There was a good choice of designs and colours available and also a base.
Ordering was very easy, just hope they take note of my special request to deliver in a couple of weeks time.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are genuinely sorry that your experience with us fell so far below the standard we aim to provide.
Unfortunately, your order was affected during our transition to a new order management system, which meant it was not processed as it should have been. We sincerely regret that we did not identify this sooner and appreciate that you had to contact us to chase your order. Whilst this is not an excuse, we have been working through the teething issues and making improvements to prevent this from happening again.
We also completely understand your frustration with the repeated delivery delays. After investigating, it became clear that the engraved plaque had gone missing within the courier's network, which caused the ongoing issues with the shipment. As soon as we became aware of the situation, we worked closely with the courier to intervene, chased updates on your behalf, and kept you informed as best as we could throughout. We're pleased that the bench was successfully delivered yesterday following our intervention.
We were especially saddened to learn that these delays impacted the timing of your memorial. We appreciate how important this occasion was, and we are truly sorry that we let you down.
To ensure there were no further delays, we have asked our engravers to produce a replacement plaque as a priority, and this will be shipped directly to you as soon as it is ready, hopefully by Friday next week. We will check in with the engravers regularly to ensure this is still on schedule.
Please accept our sincere apologies once again. We appreciate your patience throughout what has been a very disappointing experience, and we hope the replacement plaque arrives with you very soon. We will keep you updated with any further information we receive.

A good British company where service counts…
When I phoned there was a young lady on the phone not a machine, I could understand all of what she said and she sent me information on looking after my furniture, I have a bench from this company and a table and it is always a pleasure contacting them keep the good work up.

We purchased 8 chairs and an extending garden table a while back and discovered a fault over a year later. The customer service was excellent and they resolved the issue without any issues. I was so surprised - most companies would have told you it was too late to do anything about it. I can’t recommend them enough - a great company and really nice garden furniture. Easy to order with clear process on the portal. Delivery delayed a few days because their courier failed to pickup.
Excellent product but arrived without all the relevant pieces having appropriate markings but help over the phone quickly resolved the issue
