Great customer contact and service, very approachable and communicative, they did exactly what they said they would do, bike arrived on time and in perfect condition, well packed and good carrier used as well.

Delivery was very quick, the bike arrived well packaged and is in excellent condition, I can't believe the bike is five years old it looks so good.

Would have got 5 stars however the bike arrived with a flat Di2 battery and as the Junction Box was hidden it took a lot of head scratching to find and then charge.

Very helpful, knowledgeable staff, provided an accurate description of the bike and answered all my technical queries. Straightforward using Cycle2work and bike was delivered as described in perfect working order to Scotland the next day. Thank you for your excellent service!

It was my very first experience with cycle exchange and I can say it won’t be the last one. So far all the bikes I have purchased were brand new so understandably I was bit apprehensive to start with. However when the bike arrived it was exactly as described on the website. It was very well packaged to minimise any damage during transportation. What also made the experience good was the fact that I was able to speak to the guys over the phone and found them to be very helpful. So definitely top marks from me👍🏻😀

After searching for my next ride on the internet i came across cycle exchange, and with a possible trade in was just what i was looking for, simple enough online form didn't wait at all long to be offered my quote, now for the fun part trying to find the correct model, size, spec for my budget , was not disappointed they have a very wide range of makes and models, so once i had chosen my bike and paid for needed to get it to liverpool from london, thats were the handy bike delivery service came in handy worth the £100, one week later i was handing over my old bike after a quick check over by the pleasant driver, i finally had my bike, so to sum up i would highly recommend cycle exchange, you wont be disappointed

Bought a bike on Cycle to Work through these guys and it was a seamless and positive experience. Emails in advance were responded to almost immediately. I visited the store and while my chosen bike was brought round, I was given a free coffee too.

The team allowed me to reserve a bike using the C2W voucher but said I could choose something else if it wasn't for me, which is brilliant customer service and flexibility.

Max in the store was particularly helpful and friendly. I'll definitely use these guys again!
