Really easy to contact and deal with via email.
I traded wheel in for credit and used that towards a bike. They swapped the saddle out before sending as well - all good.

Knocked one star off as they were let down by their courier APC, 3 failed collections.

Great product at a very good price, really good service. I emailed with some questions and got a very quick, clear response. Every step after that was met with really prompt and clear communication and the frame we have bought is brand new (oldish stock) at half the price and absolutely mint. Really impressive product and customer service and would definitely recommend.

This is my second Pinarello from Cycle Exchange - the first, a Dogma, is still great and going strong but I wanted something for endurance and liked the look of the X series so bought a 5 and upgraded cockpit to the fully integrated Talon. Fantastic support from start to finish once again and great advice, The whole team are fantastic but big thanks to Matt, Josh and Hazel. I will back as practice the 'n+1' concept of how many bikes you need and would not look anywhere else.
