Shit show of a company left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. Then they have the audacity to not even accept responsibility after their own mistake. Stay clear!
Lets provide some clear context here seeing as you are still lying to make yourselves look better.....on 2 occasions I said I thought I needed a L as previous bikes had always been a L including the bike I was exchanging, however your recommendation was a M which I went with due to not knowing the brand. The day after delivery when I attempted to use the bike I realised it was too small, I contacted yourselves straight away & was made to feel as though this was my fault but I had only been guided by yourselves regarding sizing. Lie number 1, you did not offer a L that same day, you only ordered the large after the M was picked up...11 days later! Lie number 2, the L had not even arrived from Spain when you are trying to say that the M was needed back before the L could be sent, it wasn't even in the country at this point! Lie number 3, I was not rude or abusive to your staff I was frustrated from.being lied to over & over again! Lie number 4, you did not go above & beyond to resolve this matter, you did not keep me informed I didn't even get a reply from you for 9 days & that was just to say that the M was getting collected! The biggest red flag of all was when I received my original bike back & you have swapped my wheels & tyres & have enof even given me the decency to reply back over this matter. This could be evidenced by emails. So yes stay clear.

Very good company. All really nice staff. Mechanic even tuned my partners gears quickly whilst I was sorting out the demo. Found a good gravel bike at a good price. The 5min test ride is not quite enough as you can imagine, but then they do say buy it, go for a bigger ride and they could refund you the day if you really don’t get on with it. Would definitely consider buying another one, girlfriend now wants to exchange hers of course!

Excellent service. Bought a Orro gravel bike late evening online and it was packaged and despatched the next morning. Only delay was the courier company . Bike was better than I thought and the marks advertised were very hard to see. Would recommend and buy from again in the future.
