Cheap, made in China, poor customer service

Very cheap clothing that is made in China and out of very poorly crafted polyester.

Grossly overpriced and over marketed as something it is not, the lack of quality, transparency, and authenticity of the company is outdone by the terrible customer service.

Please avoid and shop Uniqlo and Gap for better quality.

Incredibly slow shipping

Incredibly slow shipping. It’s been over 2 weeks I placed my order to the UK, and still haven’t received anything. The tracking hasn’t updated since 04/12. For an expensive brand, you’d think they would use an express service such as DHL or FedEx, completely disappointed

Ordered during a launch and the time…

Ordered during a launch and the time was delayed for multiple weeks with no updates from the company. It shipped and was marked delivered but no one can’t locate the package including USPS. I emailed the company explaining the situation and they basically told me to figure it out in my own and that they will not refund me or help me with this situation….. one customer service agent told me the item was lost in transit one agent told me the item was delivered? I truly have now had an experience like this with the smallest of companies. I won’t be ordering from them again. Very disappointed in the business but also the owner Paige Lorenze.

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service, two weeks to ship but can be up to 30 days… they have the same issues every launch but never change. Save your money and time.

BEWARE! Extremely Disappointed – Misleading Returns & No Accountability

I was genuinely excited to order from Dairy Boy, but my experience has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing.

After receiving an item that didn’t fit, I contacted customer service to arrange a return. They initially promised a prepaid return label, with a $12.95 fee — a reasonable arrangement I was happy to accept. However, once I initiated the return, they completely backtracked and claimed they don’t provide return labels at all, blaming an “AI error” for the misinformation.

Despite showing them their own written message promising the return label, they refused to take responsibility, offered no return solution, and wouldn’t issue a refund unless I paid out of pocket to return the item internationally — something they originally said I wouldn’t have to do. Their only offer was a 30% discount code toward a future order, which feels meaningless given how they handled the situation.

After several attempts to resolve the issue fairly, I’ve had no choice but to initiate a chargeback with my card provider for misrepresentation and failure to honour their return policy.

If you’re an international customer, be extremely cautious. This company does not stand by what it says and offers no accountability for its own errors.

Horrible company package stolen told me…

Horrible company package stolen told me to consult route route blocked me everywhere cause I could not get a notarized letter when I finally did route wouldn’t respond then they said it wasn’t enough to get a bank to do it when I did that same thing! Told Dairy Boy ignored ignored then told they couldn’t help even after route ignored me! Finally they agreed to reach out to the shipping company but now they are acting like they never did that they are telling me to reach out to route again! This was for my sister in Chemo she just passed lots so much time thanks to dairy boy and route!
