Chairs arrived on time, extremely well packaged. Good communications. Only issue was delay between order & delivery. That was 100% down to manufacturer and not supplier. Very satisfied

Almost perfect
My experience with the website was excellent, except for the moment when I had paid for my item. It said that my payment had been authorised but I never saw a message saying 'thankyou for your purchase' or similar. I was left wondering if my order had been completed and had to wait until the following day to get an email confirming the sale. It would not stop me from purchasing again but it made me feel uneasy

Great store
Such a great shop and the online ordering process is very straightforward and arrives very quickly.

Service and speed of delivery was great…
Service and speed of delivery was great but the item i purchased was not the same as the picture on the website. The colour of the wallet was silver on website but i received a black version.

Good price for a quality product
Good price for a quality product. Delivery was on time. Delivery crew also assembled the furniture which was very much appreciated. Highly recommend.

Great service
I was a bit dubious about buying a mattress on line having never seen it. It is the most comfortable mattress i have ever bought . The service was excellent and delivery within 2 weeks as well. Would definitely recommend this company .
