They cancelled order and kept my money
Spent £2,000 on a piece of furniture. On the day of intended delivery, they cancelled my order without any explanation or apology. I am still waiting for the money back which they’ve had for over a week now.
Update: I have still not received the money back. They have now been holding my money for almost 4 weeks.

It was a pleasure to meet the team at Daniels, they are very knowledge, extremely helpful and made us feel welcome. We can from all the way from Bromley to Ealing and just made it before closing, they didn’t put us under pressure to hurry. Only wish we had a store nearer as it was worth the long journey!

Not all items available
I ordered two items listed as available on the website. After placing my order I was advised that one item (the more expensive of the two) was no longer available. This meant I ended up paying postage for a cheaper item that I would have sourced elsewhere had I known that the second item I wanted wasn't available. Customer service was fine but not outstanding. I understand that it can be difficult to keep the website up to date.

Outstanding service
First time of dealing with Daniel store and very impressed. The items I bought were not available anywhere else as they are no longer ranged by RHS. I ordered a gift set but quickly received an email asking if it would be ok to send 2 separate items for same price. Once I confirmed I received the order next working day. Great service and excellent price for a hard to source gift. Thank you Daniel stores
