I ordered a Jinret last September hoping it would arrive for my birthday, little to my expectations it didn’t arrive, to this day I am still waiting for that item of merchandise or the refund as I didn’t get either. But it might’ve just been my luck.

I got my orders complete.I love all the Skzoo teddy bears and other items. I had some issues but their customer service was very nice and friendly. Very accommodating. 100% will reorder

Danjoo is the best! Not only do they have the best stuff, the have THE BEST customer service! I had ordered a 20' leebit skzoo & they had accidentally sent me the juniret one, which I already had. I reached out to them to let them know & right away they sent me leebit & they let me keep the juniret too! Excellent customer service!! All their products I have gotten so far is excellent quality@a very good price!

Do not buy anything from this site. The Stray Kids plushie is not authentic merch and is of very poor quality.
Despite contacting Danjoo several times for a refund, they haven’t even acknowledged my messages never mind issued a refund.

I purchased somethings from them in July and they arrived quite quickly. But besides that I had ordered 2 items in June. Those items never arrived. I realized this on Oct. They emailed me back that the items were stuck in transit. They said they would refund me and restart the order with a discount. I emailed them back that I didn't want the items anymore and I just wanted the refund. They have not responded since and I never received a refund. I even emailed them from another address from their site but it didn't go through. I got a postmaster message back. It was 2 times that costs about $66. That's a lot of money for me.

My first order of a SKZOO Wolfchan plush came fast and as promised, was super happy with it! Then, I ordered a Wolfchan SKZOO Teddy and waited patiently once I saw the tracking-- weeks past, months past, and I finally reached out and got the worst customer service I've seen in my life so far. Package was lost by the shipper, they claimed they would resend it, waited a week and asked for tracking, they claimed it arrived and I could call a number-- it was a scammer in Johannesburg, South Africa.

Now I'm stuck in limbo trying to get my money back for a product I never received and they've stopped answering emails. Terrible company, will never buy from them again.

I ordered stuffed animals from them on their website. There's no sign of the stuffed animals and no contact from them. Tracking the package ended up in Belgium, and still nothing.

I'm not really mad about this but I thought these skzoo were real so I bought one, but then also it was on sale for a really great price but overall the skzoo was great.

I ordered a Bunch of SKZOO Plushies and a Shirt, for round about 200€.
When my package first arrived, I saw very quickly that the SKZOO weren't originals.
Concerning that I got them at a discount, I wasn't too mad, but still disappointed, because I was under the impression that they're orininals.
Then I noticed, that 5 items were missing.
It took a few attempts on my behalf to get a response from them.
When they finally replied, they told me they would be shipping the missing items soon to me.
But some of them were already sold out so we agreed that I would get a refund for the 2 sold out items.

When my secind package arrived I got mad. 1. One Dwaekki was the wrong kind (I didn't care anymore so I was fine keeping it.
2. I still hadn't gotten my refund.
I wrote 3 E-Mails informing them and asking for my refund - no replies.

Finally I had received a message, them telling me they had shipped the missing items.
Duh no shit I know, but we agreed that I would get a refund for 2 items because they were sold out in the meantime.
So I replied and told them that.

Even wrote 3 more E-Mails because they wouldn't answer anymore.
They haven't answered till this day.

Funny thing, even Klarna wouldn't help, I filed a complaint over a month ago without getting any information. I gave them all the details on the missing items.

Today I git an E-Mail basically telling me I'm screwed, because Danjoo lied and told them they had shipped the missing itemsn

Yes they did - but not completely and never got my refund.

Don't order here if you value your money.

I love the teddy bears! They didn't ship all fast but their customer service explained the delay because of the high demand for orders and helped me out. I am satisfied and will order again.

My item never arrived, which at first was Evri's fault as they lost my parcel. But then when I contacted their customer service they said they would reship but never gave me a tracking number and ignored my follow up emails until I had to resort to social media and they still ignored me. Still no response and no parcel - pretty disappointed.

Ik heb spijt van mijn aankoop. Ze communiceren verschrikkelijk slecht en lieten me links liggen toen ik informeerde naar de authenticiteit van hun producten, omdat ze niet vermeldden of de artikelen officieel of door fans gemaakt waren. Ze lieten de artikelen die ik kocht officieel lijken, maar in werkelijkheid waren ze dat niet. Ze zijn niet transparant en reageren niet. Begrijp me niet verkeerd, ik heb door fans gemaakte artikelen gekocht omdat ik wist dat ze door fans gemaakt waren. Deze artikelen waren onverwacht door fans gemaakt en ik weet niet eens of ze wel of niet zullen reageren. Ik zit er nu waarschijnlijk aan vast.
Als je authentieke, officiële artikelen wilt, raad ik je aan ergens anders heen te gaan.

My parcel never arrived. I contacted the shop, they resent it but I sent it back. Ever since that day they're not answering my emails.

Ordered over a month ago and not received anything. Purchased skzoo’s for my little boys birthday, emailed numerous times asking where my order was. Eventually messaged back saying was being shipped that week, still never has been and not responding to any further messages. They’ve taken full payment and not sent any of my order

Really upsetting experience with this retailer. My daughter bought some items as a gift for friends with her pocket money and they never arrived. The postage charges say it includes insurance which gave me some comfort as they’re coming from abroad, but I have now reported this to them 5 times and still no refund. I would never use them again! I still don’t know if or when my presents will arrive so I was defrauded by nearly £50.

Fake site. Says my order was delivered 2 days ago by courier and absolutely wasn't. Then a bunch of data breach warnings came through after using the package tracker saying I had to pay... amount to protect it. Absolute scam

Advertise like its true official merch but it isnt... just feel like i got scammed.
