Its good quality ofcourse but the shipping progress was really weird and annoying and it took really long since i had a lot of problems with, but overall evrrythings fine!

I really like their StrayKids stuff... Quality is as expected, shipment takes some time but has always been successful within an acceptable time frame 👍🏻 The support team answers inquiries promptly and always strives to find a good solution.

C'est la seconde fois que je commande sur Danjoo. Et lors de ma 2nde commande, je me suis trompée d'articles. J'ai donc envoyé un mail au service client qui a été très réactif et m'a rapidement réglé le problème. Et sur les sites qu'on ne connait pas forcément trop bien, le service client est une des choses qui peut être un peu inquiétant en cas de problème. Quant aux produits eux-mêmes, j'ai été très agréablement surprise par la qualité. Donc je recommande.

Delivery takes some time but it's a long way from Korea to Germany.

I've been in contact about a destroyed package. They told me they would sen a new one on February 26th. But they never did... so I emailed them and never got a response... which is sad cause I really liked the store in general... but now it's hard to trust cause I haven't got my money back or a new one...

I was a little disappointed in my third purchase. The plushies I ordered smelled of tobacco, and the 50cm Bbokari was faded. I tried to contact customer service and through Insta DM and my attempts were unanswered.

5 days and still doesnt have any answer. I wanna cancel my order and it's impossible. Nobody answer.

Every product that I have purchased, which would be 12 plushy‘s to date have all been perfect. They shipped super fast. They arrived in perfect condition and absolutely wonderful product. I really enjoyed doing business with this company.
