Lies from customer service, package has vanished twice
Ordered 11/26/25 for my wife for Christmas. Spent $143.73 on a few things. Received 1 item, and it broke 3 days later. The other item, the most expensive one never showed. Sent multiple emails and was finally told it was lost and would be resent, and they closed my case. After asking for over a week for a tracking number, I was told on 1/5 it was “in transit” already and it should update “soon”. Everyday since 1/7/26, the tracking has shown various shuffling around in Canada. Asked for a refund, was told nothing could be done and it was on the way. Checked again today, it now shows that the tracking number doesn’t exist and shows a Korean shipping company. Will never buy anything from this place again, and have been telling anyone who will listen to not bother with them because it’s clearly a scam. I need my money back ASAP before I get the credit card company involved to do a chargeback.

*Update- Funny I had to review on Trustpilot to get a response. It has been a month and I have deleted and cancelled my account. Dankstop is either a Liar or the whole website is broken. I sent multiple messages and CALLED them.*
Purchased a bong and dab rig. Dab rig is cracked. Shipping box was not damaged. I can’t get a hold of anyone in this company. I have tried to leave messages and speak directly to someone. The chat stops accepting questions. (The enter button disappears) I have tried multiple times and it always does this. The phone just rings then stops and absolutely nothing, no ringing or a person. What a joke.

Deceptive Shipping Charges
I ordered a pipe through Dankstop. I qualified for free shipping. Then upon attempted delivery by UPS they needed $38.52 before UPS could deliver the package. The package came from Canada but that isn't my responsibility when I ordered from Dankstop and Dankstop offers free shipping to the customer over certain dollar amounts. I didn't pay the UPS fee. I contacted Dankstop who was unable to assist and required me to investigate this with UPS vs doing the right thing and looking into the problem themselves. Absolutely unacceptable.

Absolutely disgusting company with horrible customer service. I ordered a dry herb vaporizer which was broken when I received it, it was not damaged in shipping it was just clearly defective because it wouldn't fire. I reached out to Dankstop for help considering I just spent $60 on something that has never worked and they told me there was nothing they could do. They told me you have to reach out within 48 hours of delivery but that is listed nowhere in the purchasing process for the consumer to see. So essentially they stole my money and told me I was shit out of luck because their policy is not clear on the website. The warranty card they sent me was also invalid so I was unable to get anything from the actual manufacturing company. Steer clear of this scam.
No Phone Contact Info
First of all, Dankstop has no Phone number for customers to call. Too many complaints? Second, they would not honor their shipping insurance. I had proof the package was not delivered at said delivery time, or at any time.
Shipping is Lies
Ive yet to receive a shipping update or confirmation and it has been a full week. I sent an email and it said its being processed and it will be shipped soon. They state 7 days top for shipping and you are charged for shipping. This is completely a scam company or at the very least the worst service and responses you will recieve. I ordered a dry vape from plant of the vapes and it was her in 5 days at Christmas time. Don't use this company.

Possibly both. Issues with shipping times, trying to cancel orders that have went well beyond the time period they themselves state. Good luck getting someone who can understand even the most direct and informative emails. Just crooks or morons and either way its a problem...

I'm not to mad it was only 5 bucks but c'mon I still want my stuff. 2 dab rigs an adaptor and carb cap all came but no grinder. And no confirmation on one but it still came. It just takes a while for your stuff to get to you about a week and a half to to weeks with my experience. Just bought another rig,banger , carb cap and some terp pearls so I'll give an update if and when they come.

Terrible Experience, Don’t Trust Them
I really wanted to love DankStop, but fck that. my experience has been nothing but fckn disappointing. They kept bugging and emailing me on how I should subscribe to them so I did thinking it would be good, DONT SUBSCRIBE TO THEM. I placed an order on April 20th, and it’s now April 25th with no real updates or progress on my order. MY ORDER NUMBER IS #366645 The website seemed legit, and I was excited to finally get my bong, but all I’ve received so far are vague, unhelpful responses and an order that’s still marked as “Processing Shipment.” I fckn emailed them on April 22nd asking for a damn update and received a bitcass response saying my order was still processing. Fine. I followed up again, and not only did they ignore my second email, but my order status is still stuck in the shit ass same place. It’s beyond frustrating—especially considering it’s been five days with no movement and zero transparency.
I understand that busy times like 4/20 might cause delays, but this is ridiculous. I trusted you guys to get my order to me in a reasonable time frame, and all I’ve gotten is silence and disappointment. I am absolutely frustrated with how unprofessional this entire experience has been. I was really looking forward to receiving my product, but now I’m not sure if I’ll even get it.
If you’re thinking about ordering from here, don’t. You’ll probably get your item, but it might take way longer than expected, and good luck getting any kind of response when you try to ask for help. Save yourself the trouble and find a more reliable store.
EDIT: after 4 emails, two reviews. I finally got a response. I spoke on the phone with “Robbie Jackson” I explained my situation and he had said that they’re not even in stock with that item. WHY are you letting me buy something if you guys don’t even have it? Why is it up on your Shop telling me when I’m going to get it if you don’t even have it. He told me that he can just refund me and I asked to speak to someone higher than him. He refers me to someone that goes by “Justin reeds” they sound exactly the same and everything. I then again explain the situation to him, and tell him that ROBBIE said you guys are out of stock with bongs. He told me “ we’re not out of stock. Would you like a refund?” Why would I want a damn refund if i literally wanted to buy it? They claim they understand my frustration and a bunch of other BS. He told me he was going to prioritize my shipping. So now I’m gonna wait and see if it comes. I’ll update.

Ordered a rig with 2 day shipping and didn’t receive it until 4 days later. Once I received my order I found out that I was missing pieces. I immediately contacted customer service and I was reassured that they would send the pieces that I was missing only to receive a SECOND ORDER A WEEK LATER of a duplicate rig with the SAME MISSING PIECES!! I have called, emailed, and attempted to speak to someone in live chat, and I have gotten no response from anyone and it’s been a week since the duplicate was sent. Only good thing is I was refunded for my two day shipping problem. Do not waste your money here! I wish I would have read reviews first

Only giving one star because you have to in order to write a review. Called to find out why the rest of my order hadn't shipped and was hung up on twice. Do not order from them find a different company that actually cares about their customers!!! Ordering things online and actually talking to customer service that actually wants to help is very hard with this company

Horrendous experience. This company is definitely a scam. Order from DankGeek instead--they have the same products & same prices but actual customer service!
I placed my order & after waiting a week, I didn't get any shipping confirmation or any updates about my order. I began attempting to contact them. When you call, they tell you that they can't give you an order status update on the phone, you have to email. I began emailing almost daily. I think I ended up sending them 8+ emails over the span of a week & none of them received a response. During this time, I was also calling them to express my frustration & twice I was guaranteed an email response by the end of the day. Obviously, those responses never came.
Eventually, I felt like I had no other choice other than to call & refuse to hang up until someone refunded my order. I had to get really nasty to their "customer service" reps to get anyone to listen to me, but once someone finally decided to help me, it only took a few minutes to actually cancel & refund the order.
The kicker on the whole thing for me is that a few days ago, I open my email & I have 8+ emails from this company. They responded to every single email I sent asking for an order update with the same copied & pasted reply. I'm not sure whose bright idea it was to blow up my inbox 3 weeks after my order was canceled & refunded but they should be fired.

Good Products… If You Ever Receive Them
Only one star because the products are okayish, the website and customer service is ASS. It’s not like the customer service rep was rude or anything, they just have no idea what’s going on and couldn’t give me any answers. Less than half of my shipment arrived, and even then that was late. Order Number 365090 for reference.
I ordered on March 2nd 2025, 6 items: a multipack of palm wraps (regular), a multipack of palm wraps (flavoured), a bubbler pipe, random clipper lighter, and 2 bongs. I wanted to treat myself for my upcoming birthday (now passed) so when the shipping said it’ll be there days before my birthday (for free since my total was 75$+). This year I happened to be going out of town for my birthday but thought nothing of the delivery dates, as it promised to be here BEFORE I left town for my birthday.
The wraps were shipped separately from everything else which didn’t bother me. I understand not everything is held at DankStop’s warehouse. However while the wraps took forever to be actually shipped (label printed but not dropped off at USPS), the other package containing the goodies didn’t even have a label printed.
The wraps were delivered on the 10th of March, and even though the shipping was technically late they arrived somewhat safely. Some of the wraps had holes in them, and it appeared the moisture packs didn’t do much, maybe I just had the worst luck because all the flavoured ones would crack easily when trying to pop the flavour ball. If you smoke anything, you know holes in the wraps or papers prevent you from getting anything and is essentially burning and wasting whatever you’re smoking. So more than half the wraps were a waste of money essentially. I could’ve spent the same price going down to my local smoke shop and getting better quality King Palm wraps there.
As of writing this I still have yet to receive my other part of the package. The one with all the expensive stuff in it, funny enough. The entirety of my birthday trip, the package label was simply created and nothing was shipped. 5 whole BUSINESS DAYS. The SHIPPING alone was supposed to take 3-5 business days. I understand processing times however the processing times aren’t the problem, the issue lies in the package just sitting waiting to be shipped.
I received no updates for an entire week, the label was created on March 5th, and I hadn’t had an update for 5 days, then again it went dark and no updates. Only AFTER emailing DankStop and asking wtf is going on did I get an update on the 19th. Today is the 20th of March, for the record I ordered this on March 2nd. 18 whole days and I just now got an update for the more expensive packaging.
I’ve ordered from DankStop only one other time and it took an extra week, not an entire month. My fault for trusting them again. I will NOT be ordering from them again. I’d suggest your local smoke shop/head shop or look on Reddit for other online suggestions.
As soon as I get my package from them (if I ever do at this point) I’m unsubscribing from their membership and deleting my account with them. I do not recommend buying from them whatsoever. Good products do nothing when your shipping takes almost an entire month and your customer service team has no knowledge of anything. People shouldn’t have to post reviews to get answers. But I’m hoping maybe I’ll get an update as other people leaving reviews said they customer service team only responded when they posted a shitty review.
Stay safe and have fun smoking (not DankStop).

This company is a scam
This company is a scam. They mailed the items separately starting with the snack food. After weeks of tracking on the glass piece that never moved i reached out to be told that piece was out of stock. They offered to send a replacement, I accepted and waited for the new tracking number. After more weeks I said that I wanted my money back. They ignored my emails. After filling a complaint with sezzle, I finally received the money for the missing product. But they ignore my request for the $15 elite program fee. I'll never purchase from this website again and ensure everyone knows they are a scam sham of a business.
