2. Regarding delivery charges, we do not add extra fees for standard delivery. Any additional costs only apply if a faster shipping option is selected.
3. You mentioned that the issue was due to an allergy to the jacket's fur. However, the jacket itself had no problems such as incorrect size, stitching issues, or poor quality.
4. We understand you requested a refund because of the allergy, but as explained earlier, this is not covered under our return policy. While we respect and sympathize with your situation, a refund was not possible in this case.
