They are taking too long to deliver an order. They have increased delivery charges several time on the contrary the quality has decreased. I am not going to order from them untill they fixed their issues.

Ordered on 29th but still didn't get the delivery. The worst service ever. Biggest problem is that there is no way to call them.

Earlier this company used to deliver my product within earliest delivery date. Also took low fees, now my delivery date is going over and product is still about to be shipped! I don't care they add few taka more delivery charge, which they have already added, but their delivery quality is decreasing more. Some even says, they didn't get their product even after 20 days have been past.

Why delivery is delayed? More than 20 products with advanced payment are exceeded the delivery time. What’s the issue please contact asap. 😡 Please cancel all order and refund

I don’t know how I start, totally fraud company. Taking money from customers sending cheap quality products. When you return they issued voucher. You can use this voucher only once. So I got refund 6100 taka and purchase 561 taka product. Now they took all my money,I don’t think so anywhere in world or other company have this rip of money system. I will go review everywhere and taking legal action for this stupid activity.

I have been a long time customer of this company since 2017/18 but "This company's utter lack of competence and negligence is appalling and unacceptable. The customer service team is always unable to provide any kind of satisfactory solutions and resorts to providing excuses instead of taking responsibility for their shortcomings. The process for returning the item is also deeply problematic, with the company's pickup team failing to show up repeatedly. The company's delivery team was equally disappointing, with my package arriving far later than promised most of the time.
It is clear that this company has a severe lack of quality control measures in place and is home to numerous fraudulent sellers and negligent workers in both their customer service and delivery departments.
My experience with Daraz was nothing short of a nightmare, and I advise others to avoid buying from them unnecessarily if they don't want to go through a headache.
They should be held accountable for their fraudulence,incompetence and negligence."

Worst Experience.. In a small country they took 7 days to delivar a product. I don't understand why 7 days ? are they lazy or not enough point in bangladesh ? yeah really worst experience.

At first the products I received were great, back in early 2023 . But now the products are just defective garbage, useless and fake. Daraz doesn't wanna take accountability of the products. They don't wanna admit it! They are truly run the shittest online market i ever seen. Hope they improve their reputation with the customers and give the comers what they paid for , or maybe ban the app from website and play store.
Why play with customers? If they keep doing it, we as customers will just boycott their counterfeit products and their unethical behaviour. 😒

At first I didn't receive my product and they told me that the product has delivered. then they told me to apply for refund,and now they rejected my refund request.
what sorts of unprofessional services is this !!! Each time I called them and told me " we are sorry bla bla..."

I never ever going to use daraz again. Not only that I won't recommend anyone to use their service.

They own one of the worst payment gateway that I've ever seen. Customer support team is also like a robot. Zero-knowledge except for the cheat sheet.

Most of the parcel are delivered on time but not every time. Since you have to wait more days to get your parcel.
Also, getting parcel doesn't mean it's gonna be safe, I ordered a candle for bday and that was broken... Daraz needs to check their product and make sure there's no issue.

I did not like their delivery system. Their agents usually come to our location and call us to come to them to receive the product, even though they could deliver it to my home as well.

I'm starting to buy products from Daraz since 2016. Dozens of orders completed till now. Only the second time received a product that didn't satisfy me.

Last month i's received my last order from them and the product was as described.

The only annoying thing is when order multiple products never receive all products the same day. Last time they delivered me 4 product in two days.
