Excellent company and great customer support. When I had problems with a 12 year old Viewmaster monitor arm the company immedatly offered to replace it when I was just hoping to be able to buy replacement parts!
I was very pleased with the arm for the previous 12 years as it just worked.

Getrennte Bewertung für Produkt und Service wären hilfreich...
Das gekaufte Produkt ist gut und ich bin zufrieden - deshalb auch die vier Sterne. Nicht richtig gefallen hat mir, daß ich, nachdem ich mit einer Dame vom Verkauf in den Niederlanden telefoniert hatte, von der deutschen Firma ein Angebot erhielt, welches ich erst einmal "auseinanderflöhen" musste. Es wurden nur 2 Sätze mit einer Artikelnummer angeboten, die sich aus den einzelnen Teilen, die ich kaufen wollte, zusammensetzte. Nur waren die Einzelkomponenten ohne Sucherei im Internet nicht erkenntlich. Ein Segen, daß ich dann herausfand, daß weder die Tischklemme für meine Tischplattendicke noch die Auslegung für das gewünschte Gewicht dahintersteckten.
Irgendwie lief es nicht richtig rund, weder mit der Dame noch mit dem Herrn, die sich beide selbst blendend mit ihren Produkten auskannten, aber nicht nachvollziehen konnten, daß dem Kunden die Produkte nicht geläufig sind. Auf die Frage nach einer Preisabweichung und wie diese zustandekommt, erhielt ich nur die Antwort, daß dem Herrn die Zeit fehlen würde, mir das auch noch zu erklären und entweder ich kaufe so wie ausgepreist oder nicht. Ist das kundenfreundlich?
Der Ton der Gespräche war vordergründig höflich, aber Menschen können auch subtil rüberbringen, daß man eigentlich ziemlich lästig ist.

Why I use Dataflex
I use dataflex on a fairly regualr basis and the service and support I have received has always been of a very good. The products are well designed and made and the very rare occurrence of an issue arising, the response I have received has been positive and quick.

Great marketing, great customer service, products are nice but in my opinion there is lack of news and improvements for products. For post-covid situation you should louch some new items for protect keyboards and other personal iitems, maybe bigger Bento? Or some kind of labels to mark desks/ monitor arms? Also ergonomic tools will be great.
